PNC Bank E Central Texas Expy, Killeen

Since BBVA switched to PNC we have had nothing but issues. Nothing about the switch was “smooth”. It’s been one mess after another. Would NEVER recommend this bank ever. Cannot wait until our final loan payment!

They deactivated my card. So now I can't pay my bills, get gas, or groceries. Bad play on their part

ATM is ALWAYS down and I make cash tips which means I have to deposit it right away. Well as usual go to deposit my money because I had almost $200 on me but the machine broken as usual. Now that leads up to this morning where now my money was stolen out of my truck and I'm now out of my cash and childcare money which is due TODAY!!!! Not to mention the insufficient fund fee bs. I had a deposit and a transaction hit at almost the same time overnight and was charged a fee of $38. Called customer service to be told change my pay date and I can't get my money back. Like any other normal bank they should give you 24 hours before charging someone, but they don't, so don't be fooled. Free services comes with high debt. Will be closing my account TODAY!!!!

Miguel was so helpful I was looking for recurring payments but couldn't understand what I needed to do. He showed me what I needed to do with a professional smile and friendly. AWESOME JOB!!!

Was in the bank for an hour to figure out why I couldn't pay my bills with my card. While I had the bill company on the phone I was talking to the bank teller Desmond who continuously told me that everything was fine on the banks end and it was the company attempting to take the Money wrong if that's even possible. So I pay from my bank account directly after he gave the my account info. Afterwards I tried to get something to eat and my card was declined again. Went to a different bank out of my way in a different city only to find out that my card had to be reset to figure out any issues. A simple fix to please a customer could not be accomplished by a bank teller. This bank only cares about money not ur loyalty or appreciation.

Why would you take over for BBVA and completely ruin a good banking experience. I always made debit card payments and it has never taken 24 hours to leave my account. The worst one is me making a payment using my debit card. I always check my account online. I noticed the debit transaction only showed the fees I was charged to make the debit payment. I did not see the 75.00 dollars transaction until 2 days later. So the system is that slow in showing me transactions that I make with debit card payments. 5 years with BBVA now I am leaving thanks PNC....

Let me start off by saying that I've been a BBVA customer for almost 4 years. Let me also say that if I could give this branch negative stars, I would. There are a few helpful tellers at this location but a lot of the employees, including the manager, have serious attitude problems. Not to mention their hours are garbage and their ATM doesn't accept cash deposits lately for some reason. I was charged a whopping total of 9 NSF fees due to bank error and their ATM not accepting cash deposits. I was told my account was positive and I wouldn't receive these fees, but if I did, that they would credit them back. The first 5 that accrued were credited back after I spoke to two different people, but unfortunately due to the NSF fees making my account negative, I was charged an additional 4 fees even though I haven't used my debit card in almost 5 days. The manager refused to help me. She acted like it was my fault. I finally got the issue resolved via the liaison to the district manager who after just a few minutes figured out what happened (she was awesome) but I'm just appalled at how horribly I was treated at the branch. I suggest banking elsewhere.

Opened an account for savings will not give a debit card so as soon as check clears will be closing the account

My employer has a business account with Compass. They are CONSTANTLY putting our business deposits into wrong accounts!! That's a pretty basic thing you'd think they'd be accurate on!! Then...when I try to cash a company Petty Cash check, written to me (a non-Compass account holder), they tell me that they have to charge me $10 because I don't have an account with them. Every place I've ever dealt with, will cash checks drawn on their accounts if you go to their branch...regardless of whether the person cashing it is an account holder or not. They told me that I could avoid the $10 fee if I opened an account. Uhhhhh...no way!! Maybe if they didn't continuously put our deposits into wrong accounts. So, bottom line is...they suck!!

Terrible experience with this location. Not only did they freeze my account when I was in another state without a call or notification but it took almost 3 weeks to get them to unlock it after requesting higher management. Also I went in and closed my account to find out a month later that they never actually closed it and I had to return to the location again. I worked with Larsha Thomas which seemed nice on visits but obviously didn't do what she was telling me.
