I went today to open a checking and savings account about 45 minutes before they closed and got perfect service. Melissa helped me and she was able to quickly know what account I needed after I answered a few questions and thoroughly explained the details of why the account was best for me and was able to answer any questions I had.

Teller was very rude customer service skills are non existent. Then she proceeds to tell me that the service I want can’t be done at BOA. I left cause I didn’t have time to argue for free. Called customer service and they solved my issue ….smh

The ATM machines never seem to work properly. Tried 3/4 ATM machines without success. Then to the drive through window to wait 5 minutes without anyone presenting. One of the worst bank of America I have ever been too. No excellence whatsoever.

Worse experience I have been thru management and tellers are very rude no customer service. Had to pay 15.00 dollars to do a cashier check if a can do negative stars I would...😒😖lost over an hour of my precious time that I can never get back.

Bank of America is the worst banking institution ever. Calling them is a nightmare. If you're calling about not being able to log in, their recording tells you to log in. Phone wait time is 30 minutes or more. Then you get a recording that runs you in circles. Then you finally hear, "We're closed. Call back tomorrow." Funny how they're so very different when they want you to open an account.

I had my account for a year, after multiple problems including locking my card for paying my Netflix bill online, and payroll checks taking 4-7 days to be available to me, my account was close by the local branch, without notice, and without reason, the day after a my paycheck was deposited. I was told my balance would be mailed to me in 10-15 business days after the last purchase cleared the account, so I looked into how long that can take... It could be up to a full month before I receive the money that was in my account. I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy, avoid Bank of America in Killeen at all cost!!!

Each time I come to this specific branch I am never helped. Everything is based off timing and I completely understand that, but each need that I have this branch can never comply due to a new policy that is always published the month that I want to complete a transaction. Due to this service I have completely closed all accounts with Bank of America and will encourage others to not use them either.

Bank of America is the worst bank I have ever used. I have stayed with them for several years just because I didn’t want to change all my bills and deposits all over again. But after depositing a check from my employer I have had for over a year and still being placed on hold for over a week and then waiting on hold for customer service for over 45 minutes just to be told they can’t do anything! Don’t even get me started about actually trying to go into the bank either. All you ever hear on the phone or inside the bank is complete on your mobile app to make faster and then when that doesn’t work nothing can be done. Seems like all Bank of America really wants to do is do away with customer service or even talking to their customers at all! When once they finally deposit my check it will be the last of the four accounts I have with them. Clearly need to move everything I have to Navy Federal!

There definitely needs to be more tellers here. If the ones in the office are not doing anything, they should help on the window or the drive thru. The lines goes moves as long as there isn't an issue but as soon as there is a problem it holds the line up. They absolutely need help over here. Jenn could have been friendlier but it's hard when you're working by yourself.

Worst experience ever. Was going through the DT to save some time. Needless to say I didn't save any time. The equipment is defective and old therefore it wouldn't send the tube up. So I pushed the call button. No response. Pushed it again, still no response. Then I decided to push it non stop. Finally someone answers with "yes" in a very annoyed voice. I have ID, debit card, money and signed paper which says exactly on it that I need money exchanged. After another 5 minutes I finally get the tube back and the lady says I need to sign another deposit slip. So I keep telling her for the third time now, not including the signed paper that says I want to exchange money for see bills, that I need 1$ bills. Finally get it after 30 minutes in DT. If anyone reviews this who's actually working there can y'all hire more qualified people because this location is turning ghetto. Bilingual is a joke since the only other language spoke is Spanish and everyone else applying over there gets turned down even though they are bilingual. If you just want Spanish speaking employees don't ask for bilingual. Reopen the harker heights location. Never had an issue over there.

I got charged 6 times at Olive Garden. Which took over $400 dollars from my checking account and at first they told me I would get that money back in my account within 24hrs, because of the reveal. A week goes by and I still haven’t seen it, so I called back and asked them about it and they said my account is perfect fine and that they won’t give me my money back. Horrible bank! Don’t open a account up here! Run away

Good afternoon, it is unfortunate that you have such unprofessional people in your team, it is the second time that I have visited this branch, they do not have a drop of courtesy with customers because even to say that they are closed, they treat customers like dogs, but unfortunate there is no other branch in this city, otherwise no one would attend

They put a Thousand dollar limit ATM cash deposit at the ATM Now I have to wait in long lines to deposit more money inside the store

I rarely do reciews because I rarely receive great customer service but today, Michelle was an exception to that! Talk about a wonderful employee! Professional and yet relatableto what my wife and I neede. If there were more people like hee working everywhere I am sure customer service grades would increase around the country. My wife and I prayed that God would lead us to a bank and did He ever come through!. We will never forget how amazingly helpful she was.

I had a great experience when I went there. In and out in 20 minutes. Michelle helped me and she was OUTSTANDING. Helped me get my account closed out quick and easy because I changed banks. I've always had a good experience with boa but my new bank is much closer and more convenient. #michelleforemployeeofthemonth

Tellers are always extremely rude every time I drop off a business deposit. You would think that with over 100 1 star reviews from this location that management or the company would do something about this. This location needs a clean slate with new employees. The reviews tell it all!

I came to simply get a replacement debit card and when I arrived no one was at the desk and there is only 2 people working in the offices. There is a long line and the workers seem to be taking there time talking about unrelated events. I'm very dissatisfied with the service here and if all of my information wasn't set up to this card I would close my account!!! No one wants to work apparently....
