We are first time home buyers and Tom has been a fantastic partner throughout this whole experience. From our first call, we have enjoyed working with him. He has been patient and thorough in answering the (very very many) questions that we had about the process. We were buying a house in the middle of the crazy housing market at the end of 2021/beginning of 2022 and were working with a very tight deadline. Tom worked closely with us for each one of our offers, running numbers at all times of the day. He has a lot of experience to draw upon, and we came to rely and trust him. He also kept us informed throughout and did frequent check ins to make sure we felt comfortable during the process. I remember there was a time when he thought I sounded stressed out, and he called me the next day to make sure I was OK. Tom is good people and we'd work with him again in a heartbeat.

Buying a first home is incredibly stressful especially in today's market conditions, and securing a mortgage is the most confusing part. Tom Wolff was able to boil down all the rates and acronyms into logical information we needed to make the right decision. He went out of his way to make sure we got the best available loan at the lowest possible rate. He and his team was very friendly and were always there 7/24 whenever we had a question (or many questions) for him. Thomas was a meticulous professional that got us the best deal on our mortgage. He worked out those numbers that were best for us. His experience as a loan officer really shined when things got a little dicy and gave us advice that made so much sense. We love using his app to make quick calculations on the houses that we were finding.
