Action recently took over managing our property, and have been nothing but professionals in every aspect of helping us turn our HOA around. They are a full service management company and are more expensive than our prior provider but have been worth every penny. From facilitating previously unscheduled mandatory HOA meetings (even on zoom due to covid-19,) to increasing presence on the property for regular maintenance. The day after Hurricane Isaias hit and the whole state was out of power, they had boots on the ground, Jeff in particular, to get our power back and remove our many felled trees. The problems weren't solved that day, but Action had already started putting the wheels in motion and were there to communicate it to the residents so we weren't all literally and figuratively in the dark.

I am 88 years old and widowed. I have had to take over everything after my wife of 67 years passed away. Monica has been so helpful answering any and all questions I’ve had and is so responsive. I am so grateful that Action has her. Thanks for helping an old man out time and time again.

Action manages property were I live. They have not been helpful in resolving accounting issues, nor have they done anything to improve the appearance of property.

I am a tenant of a condominium at the Clusters of Lexton which is managed by Action Management and I could not say enough good things about the staff. They are super responsive, willing to give their personal cell phones and available to help whenever I call 24/7. If i ever move, I will make sure I buy in a Action managed property because I know the property will be well taken care of by people who genuinely care about the people who live there, tenants or owners!

Had I known they were going to be my property management company, I would’ve never bought a rental property. They’re charging fees for the simplest things. I just hope they don’t start charging $5/minute for breathing while I’m at the property.

I had an awful experience with Andrea saper at this company when purchasing a Condo. Action management was the property management company for the condo association. she was extremely slow in responding to requested documentation about the condo association which the lender needed to approve a mortgage. they charged me $50 to fill out condo forms (for a condo they already manage...🤔). All in all, some of the property issues weren't the fault of Action Mgmt (such as that the hoa was being sued). But the delay in sending required information to the bank reduced our options of how to deal with the problems encountered. The rude attitude particularly on the phone with me. And constantly spelling my name wrong when addressing me in email. It all added up to a bad experience.

The Action Management team is extremely professional and always willing to do anything they can to help make community living easy and enjoyable. Thanks for all that you do!
