Republic Bank Skeet Rd, Medford

This is literally the slowest bank and slowest branch in bank history. They have one person working the drive thru every single day, and one person inside. If you get behind two cars or two people in line, count on 20-30 minutes at this place. After this happening numerous times, I’m pulling my money out of here. Most inconvenient bank ever.

Had a great experience at first until we put a certified bank check in our account and was told that they had to put a hold on it after verifying it with the issuing bank and the Assistant manager told my wife it wasn't a certified check, plus told her she couldn't put money in another account and proceeded to process the check after she was told to stop the transaction. She is under trained and needs better people skills. Will be back at TD today

The clerk at the front desk was unprofessional and I wanted to check my safe deposit box, but they didn't check my ID or ask for my signature, so as long as you have a key you can open the safe deposit box, so I didn't feel safe.

Absolute worst branch of this bank that I've been to multiple occasions sat in drive-thru rang bell and no one comes to window. Usually one person working the entire bank and it is so slow I've walked out of the inside twice now

Arrived at the bank 10 minutes after they opened on a Saturday morning expecting to open a checking account but instead the doors were locked and the employees were just starring at me and my husband trying to get into the building in the pouring rain. Left very annoyed and opened an account at TD bank instead.

Very happy with this location. I have been in a few times recently. I got a notary done at 830am. Got my online banking reset here. Did regular transactions etc. Staff has always been very nice to me and helpful. I also love the free coin counter. Highly recommend. There were a few 1 star reviews which seem to be someone who didn't know what time the branch opened and another person who doesn't understand that all large checks take a couple days to clear. Cashiers checks are not "as good as cash" as people say. That saying is about 20 years old. Having worked at a bank previously, I know that all banks put holds on large checks. Actually, my deposits seem to clear way faster at Republic than they did at a different bank. I look forward to seeing this bank grow.

This bank has the friendliest staff! Reminds me of the old Commerce Bank days. Can't wait to switch my account to Republic. Best part is if you have kids, FREE coin counting. That's what drove me to switch, and I opened a savings account up for my daughter.

Great service. Showed up on a Sunday about 15 mins "before" opening just waiting in the lot until 11am. However, saw another customer walk right in so I did the same. Two tellers and and supervisor were at work helping me and another customer. Have had a couple of great experiences here. Highly recommended.

Terrible service! I went with money to open an account. The woman at the desk said she was busy and to wait five minutes. 3 people in there doing absolutely nothing. I’m not interested in a place that treated me like that! I went and asked and she told ne she was in the middle of something on a computer screen! You can’t stop what you’re doing and take my money! So unprofessional. Stay away!!

Nice bank with friendly employees!! Hours more convenient than other banks in the area. Love the change counting machine.
