Although I didn't end up needing to use that coverage, I would still highly recommend her based on the ease of working with her and her team. They were communicative, organized, and friendly the whole way. They closed on time and most importantly to me as a first-time home buyer, they took the time to patiently explain every fee, step, and option. I really appreciated the education above all. its been 5 months since closing on my new home. i reached out to them to find out how to set up paying my mortgage, they gave me a number to call and i sent it up. after paying with said company for the last few months they send me an invoice for $6500 saying they made a mistake and we have to pay them instead. best thing is they called us at noon on a friday and we didnt answer becasue we were workign but we have to pay this made up bill by monday Edit: so I found out where the issue came from. We were supposed to receive correspondence a couple weeks from the start of our payments. We never received anything so I reached out and the uphoff service team gave me a number to call and set up my payments. They apparently forgot that needed to pull a payment before sending me there. So the bill I got was that payment plus 2 months of late fees… we never received any correspondence about this until recently. They at least are removing the late fees but now I’m forced to make two mortgage payments because of their blunder. I’ll bump up to 2 stars since they were good until this mistake. Hopefully their mistakes don’t hurt my credit

Buying a home can be a super unpleasant experience, but Jessica and her team made the lending part of the process super easy and stress free. They were the only lender to respond within the hour on Sundays to put in offers for houses. They took their time to explain everything to us in detail, and were not pushy. Provided us flexible/competitive options so that we could choose the best option for our needs. Overall they were extremely pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a lender.
