WOW!, from Contract To Close, With A Reverse Mortgage For Purchase 20 Days!!! This was a multiple offer situation 12 other offers, At least one was way over asking but it was an Investor. I called the Listing Agent to talk with her about the type of Financing my clients were doing. Many agents don't know what a Reverse Mortgage is or they completely miss understand this amazing option for PURCHASES for people 62 and over. She was not familiar with the program but she was interested in hearing about it and how my client were EXTREMELY QUALIFIED as well as it would be their last home they ever buy. Pat Quick's assistance was invaluable! First, she was able to deliver a pre-approval letter within hours of our submitting the required documentation. Then, Pat's advice that we should include in the contract only 10 days for buyer approval and a closing date of less than 30 days allowed us to compete with cash buyers. Because of Pat's efforts, we were able to close four days before the contractual closing date. You can't go wrong with Pat as your loan officer!
