The Mortgage Nerds were AMAZING at communication, in any form we desired, be it text, email, or telephone. I appreciated the convenience of the communication as it suited our busy lives. They were very responsive and available to help us any time we had a question. Denise was fabulous, and made us our own personalized YouTube video to explain our choice in interest rates for our specific home loan and what that would make our monthly payments look like. We have been blown away by how easy this process has been while working with the Mortgage Nerds. Home buying is always stressful, but they definitely lessened that burden for us! Denise and team live up to their name. First of all: the team made the mortgage process super easy! I was using a big bank to get a home loan and had to back out of a deal because of the bank's bad service. I switched over to work with Denise, and within 4 days I was preapproved and when I went under contract Denise and team gave me the best overview of financing options I've had! As a nerd myself I was in numbers heaven seeing the great layout of options. Truly amazing service, highly recommend.

This review may be a year in the making but today we are reminded that one year ago today, The Mortgage Nerd team made closing on our beautiful home a reality. We sold one home, put another one on the market, sold another, and purchased our first home together; all within a 4 month span, during a pandemic and a housing boom. I have been a licensed agent and transaction coordinator for 17 years. I close on average 350-400 contracts annually for all of the agents I work for. With that said I work with a ton of lenders. Denise and her team were actually the lender for the buyer on one of my listings. Their service to me as the listing agent and communication was beyond belief. I have used the same lender on my personal deals and my clients deals since day one. That is until I decided to go rogue and give them a try instead of using the one I have always used. The service as the buyer was amazing as well. You get bells and whistles! Things other lenders don't offer. Denise even sent a personal YouTube video going over the options and details of the process that was 15 minutes of information. We actually bought out of state and my agent there was so impressed that he said he is going to use them as well. If I could give 100 stars I would. Class A++++. Like I said I work with a ton of lenders and I will not use another one going forward. I will recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
