Matt Brewer was incredible! He helped us through the entire process with patience and candor. It was our first time buying a home and he answered all of our questions and was quick to respond when we needed help. Matt made one of the more daunting parts of the home buying process easier.

Going through the home mortgage process can be a hassle but every aspect of working with Highland Home Loans was easy. Every member of the staff we worked with were exceptional. All our questions were answered quickly and accurately. There wasn't a single part of the process from application to closing that wasn't smooth and everyone knew what needed to happen and when. A really great experience and if we ever have a chance I would choose Highland Home Loans without a second thought.

Matt Brewer was amazing throughout the entire process of our home build and purchase through Highland Homes. He was available literally, day, night, weekends, holidays and even on his vacation. I was also impressed by how fast he responded to an email, I didn't expect to get answered until the next day or on a Monday. Not only did we get a better rate than we expected at the beginning of the process, but we ended up bringing a lot less to closing than we expected. I would highly recommend Matt and if we ever purchase again, I will probably be giving him a call first.

When we purchased our home we had an incredible experience with Matt at Highland HomeLoans. So when it came time to refinance it was a no brainer to reach out to Matt once again. The process was extremely easy, and quick. The entire team is great to work with, and always keep your best interest in mind. If you are purchasing new, or need to refinance, you will not find better service.

I want to thank my Loan Officer Mike McCally who was phenomenal thru the entire process. We built a Jumbo Loan home so it took about 10 months to finalize everything but Mike kept in touch with us and got us an excellent rate. I would highly recommend Mike and I would definitely use him again and refer him to my family and friends. Mike, even checked up on me and my family weeks after we closed. So, I don't normally write reviews but I just have to share so others can have the same experience. Matthew has been there to answer any and all questions, make recommendations, and has also been extremely great to work with. I cannot recommend him and Highland enough. I was told going into our home buying experience by many others that it would be a true rest of patience. However, this has probably been one of the simplest buying experiences I've ever had. Buying a TV is more difficult than building and purchasing a home with Highland. Truly exceptional customer service. I only gave then 5 stars since that's the highest I could do. I'd give 10 if I could. Slightly off topic but It wasn't all just Matt that was great either, working with Vik was excellent as well. Russell, our GC is the best in the business. Zach on the sales side is phenomenal too. If you want a wonderful home buying experience to match your wonderful home, my recommendation is to build Highland. Truly phenomenal.

Jaquel and her team at Highland Homes were phenomenal. It truly was a pleasure when it came to working with everyone on the financial side of the house. They never appeared to be bothered with the dozens of questions I had and showed patience with each answer they provided. I reached out to multiple other lenders and they simply couldn’t beat the overall rate and deal I was getting with Highland Homes and flat out told me it was a great deal. So, not only was their customer service experience amazing, but, they also beat out all the other lenders as well!

The overall experience as a first time homeowner was easy peasy. You don’t realize that everything you want is an upgrade which is understandable but some of the prices were ridiculous and I’m sure it’s not just Highland Homes. A lot of stuff still needed to be done when we closed and I guess they didn’t expect us to move in the same day cuz nothing was clean. Literally spent 3 days cleaning the entire house. There were a few minor damages to our sink, baseboards, and stove. The sales team was awesome here in Sandbrock Ranch.

I’ve purchased a home before; but this time my experience with Matt as my loan officer was really amazing. He went above and beyond every step of the way to ensure I understood every step. He answered questions immediately and even took my calls on the weekend! His ability to build rapport with clients is superb! I’d recommend HHL to anyone & everyone. Seriously!!!!
