Disappointed. I brought my car here and told them I have had three batteries replaced that keep dying, so there is a larger issue at hand. They kept my car for three weeks and ultimately said they had to replace the battery (same at the other places I had taken my Honda too). I allowed them to proceed with that, then they said the car was fixed. I knew in my gut it wasn’t. I went to go pick it up and what did I see? Them JUMPING my car before they brought it out to me. So the new battery they had just installed died. They didn’t address the larger issue, didn’t fix my car, and ultimately didn’t listen to me. Charging me for an expensive new battery when I didn’t need one. I needed real help Now my car is sitting once again unusable at my house I expected so much more from the Honda Dealership.

Eric Delgado….the best advisor here in North Texas at David McDavid Honda….go see him….my service advisor is the man to go to when visiting the service department. Professional, knowledgeable, and he always keeps you informed on the repairs of your vehicle. When you visit this Honda dealership, Eric is the go to man! Tell him the chic from Memphis sent you!

Some of the service technicians sell you unwanted repairs so be careful...I had bad experiences from K J and M K. I brought the car from McDavid and after few services they started identifying major issues/expensive repairs and looted a lot of money from me..now i regret about making the repairs since most of fixes were temporary and the issues popped up few months after repairs..so be watchful about expensive services they recommend

I've always liked this location, service seems to have gone down since CoViD/the building upgrade. (Longer times, missed small tasks like putting air in your tires.

Scheduled an appointment days in advance and told them what service I needed. The service advisor was late, had no idea what I was there for, and told me they couldn't get to my car because too many walk-ins the day before. Honor your appointments!

Tony is a great guy to work with. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to help with an expired extended warranty but to be fair, my car was purchased at another dealership. I took a star off only because ultimately, my car left the shop unfixed (not his fault). Still, he was courteous, knowledgeable and quick to respond and helped as much as possible and I would recommend anyone to work with him. ** I ended up bringing the car back to have them work on the vehicle and will update this review once all is done. I've never had a problem with service here and don't expect any this time as Tony is already attentive to the problems and already addressing issues quickly and professionally! So far, 5 stars!!
