We had an amazing experience with Kevin Dame and his team. Kevin was always available to answer our questions. He walked us through the entire process and consistently provided updates. Kevin got us pre approved, helped us with our credit and locked in an excellent rate. Their online interface is quick and easy to use. We never had to go into the office and were able to handle all documents online. I would highly recommend Kevin and his team and would do business with him again for any future mortgages. This was my very first mortgage and home buying experience. I’m a single mom of three and I work full time. The team member assigned to me took her time, was patient, responded in a timely fashion. Even when I felt frustrated she remained steadfast. This was so scary for me because I’ve never done anything like this in my own and they really held my hand through the entire process and continually reassured me. But the happiest moment was when I received the words CLEAR TO CLOSE. I’m glad they were part of the process.

Worst experience ever. They told me 5 days before my closing that they will be charging me a 10% on the home construction due to increase of construction costs. This has nothing to do with them , this is. Away for them to make more money off interest as the home is being built. This is ridiculous and by far the worst experience ever. Stay away !
