    I give many thanks and kudos to Andrew, the Associate Manager, who works at this branch off Bartow Rd in Lakeland. He worked so hard and succeeded to get my Jeep refinanced at a lower interest rate and in my name only (due to a divorce). He was kind and considerate during the whole process, explaining the processes to me as we went through them. He previously had helped me to reopen a checking account as well. Andrew is a gem and an outstanding employee. Thank you, Andrew!

    I hate giving negative reviews but this needs to be said. This Mid Florida location has got to be the slowest one in all of Polk County. I have come at different times on different days and it’s the same. I literally sit in line for 20-30 min. I have been in line now for 15 min and there’s only one car in front of me. There are many people looking for work. If you can’t keep up with the amount of business coming through, then hire more people. I gave 2 stars only because the staff are friendly ! And whoever looks at these reviews needs to stop responding with the same response to every person. That’s lazy and unprofessional !! Fix the problem !!!!

    AWFUL bank and awful policies. They took money out of my account to pay a bill on my benefactor account, which neither of us are dead yet. When we called and asked why they didnt get prior authorization they said they dont need to call and ask first they will just go into any account that person's name is on and take the money without asking. When we asked for them to please call and ask first they refused and said they don't have to. The other account holder literally just forgot to put her pay in this month and they went in and just took out of my account without asking or calling to remind her.

    This branch is not a reflection of my Mid Florida experience as a whole. This branch is horrible in the service they provide. Slow, is an understatement regardless of using the drive thru or walking in. Branch has been slow for awhile now. Tellers change so it seems to be a managment problem. This branch is one block from our home. Sometimes I drive to the Florida Ave branch to avoid this branch's terrible service. MidFlorida, this branch is not doing you any favors. Please address the poor service so it is up to par with the rest of your organization.

    MidFlorida has been a great Credit Union for the past 10+ years. Always friendly and helpful. Most concerns have been resolved over the years. Plan to keep banking here for many years to come.

    I have been paying my car note at this particular location since September 2020. Every month I have been in WITH a mask. This morning, teller #409 decided to ask me to remove my mask. I asked her why, she stated it is policy. I replied to her saying that I have been here for the past year NO ONE has ever asked me to remove my mask. I have NEVER heard any teller at ANY location ask ANYONE to remove their mask! I have been paying my car note at this bank for 7 years and their attitudes and blatant double standard is why I will NEVER bank with this bank. If it IS policy then instruct your staff to start doing the CORRECT procedure NOW. I am never one to make anything about race....but.....do better.

    Teller#: 629394 Needs to be re-trained and learn how to be professional. At around 7:20 a.m I told the teller through the drive-thru that “I was having problems with the ATM, it couldn’t read my card and I’m now having to rush to get to my destination.” (I had already told a teller in the past of that same problem, and that I needed a new card and he said that it was just the ATM acting up at that moment, just to find myself in this situation again at a moment I didn’t have time to waste). This teller took his sweet time, kept looking at me through the window with a smirk on his face. I can tell he was doing it on purpose to further aggravate me. They need to either fix the ATM, give me a new card and/or train their employees to do their job in a professional manner.

    Absolutely one of the worst locations I have ever had to deal with. Who has a hour to spend in the commercial lane in the drive threw? Who wants to go inside and wait forever just for the teller to not know how to handle a buissness account and tell me my id is not on my account every single time.. This location sure dont make you feel like your money is secure with them...
