GC Pawn Lakeland S Combee Rd, Lakeland

I went yesterday (july4th,2022) to purchase an electronic drum set. Their online store has very good pictures and description of the item. When I arrived to the store the employee was very cordial, helpful, with a great attitude. To make a long story short, I purchased the drum set and I am very happy with it. Thank you and I am sorry I do not remember your name to give you the credit you deserve.

First time here & new to the area! Ricky did an awesome job, super friendly and welcoming and make things quick and easy! Thank you Ricky. Definitely recommend. They have some amazing things to buy here as well!!!

First I wanna say the staff at this store is filled with good people. After talking to Rick about the issue I was having at first I thought they wouldn't work with me but after the fact he called me and we settled out my issue and I appreciate him calling and reaching out to me. That's good business and I do recommend this location for that showing of willingness to correct and funky and messed up situations

Boyfriend bought a Play station 4 controller. 3 days later it's not holding a charge at all. The sale's man Andrew on the phone was rude and said it had been over 24 hrs and we are stuck with it.. can grantee we will never Walk in there again. Boooo
