Charles had helped my wife and I throughout our two year, first home search. He was extremely communicative, knowledgeable and helpful with a ton of advice. We weren't exactly sure what to expect during the closing process, but we definitely didn't expect it to be as simple and quick as it was. I recently had a client that was working with an out of state lender. The contract was executed on 5/6 with a closing date on or before 6/14. The lender told us in early June that the appraisal would not be until the first week of August. My client moved over to The McCulloch Mortgage Team on 6/10 and we closed on 7/2.
