I've done business with GENCO for over 10 years now and have always had great experiences. They've worked with us on our day-to-day banking, auto loans, and home mortgage. They're friendly, responsive, and have competitive rates. I have no problem recommending them to anyone.

I applied for refinancing and Edith Gonzalez was SO HELPFUL!!! She contacted me the next day and was closing on my loan within 24hrs. While working on my loan she offered to consolidate some of my credit cards for a lower interest rate and again within 24hrs I signed the documents. Edith was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I definitely plan on working with her in the future!

Edith González was by far the best financial service representative that I have dealt with. She was so helpful and thoughtful, she was able to get me what exactly what I needed. She worked around the clock making sure she was taking care of all my needs. I highly recommend her to anybody!!
