I do not where to even begin...if I could give John and SWBC a 10 star rating I would. Not only are John and his team at SWBC professional, competent, honest and open...but they are simply the most genuinely nice group of people to work with. In John not only did we have the most completely satisfying experience, but we came away with a wonderful new friend here in Waco. We were refereed to John by our agent and I honestly wasn't sure who to choose for our mortgage, but after meeting with John i knew right away. I told my wife that i felt he was the type of person that would look for resolutions to problems, I used the words "a go getter". And John turned out to be just that. We had a horrific experience trying to buy a house here a year and a half ago, and we were very hesitant trying again. Choosing the right people makes all the difference.
