The federal savings bank contacted me to refinance my house and it seemed to be going well. Then month 2 and 3 come along I’ve spent $500 on their appraisal people that I’m supposed to get back. Ive had to resubmit everything 2 more times and now their guy ,Greg Franks ,won’t even return my call , yet he’ll text me and let me know it’s going fine and he’ll contact me soon. I would by no means do business with the federal savings bank. I currently have mr cooper and get better customer service.

Kenny Hufford has been exceptional throughout this process. He has guided me and been informative the entire time. He was also the person I chose to assist when I purchased my home so there was no question when I refinanced that I would use him again. Thanks so much for making this super smooth and painless.

Hi everyone, stay away from this bank if you can help it, they are nothing but false promises. I send my money for appraisal fee for my house refinancing, they never done the appraisal or refunded my Money since I paid them in Feb/2020. 8 months of stringing me along, then they denied me in a letter saying my credit score is insufficient, yet when I cut my loses and went to different bank I got approved and the process already finished and refinancing already done with lower interest rate.

This bank has been fantastic with me from the beginning to the end. They worked with me in making sure I got the best mortgage for me. Also I’ve tried with 3 other banks and this is the only one that actually worked with me and I know have my house

I'm getting tired of being sent forms telling me I have a certain amount of available funds through some review they did of my account. This is per the letter, its for a cash out program for a VA loan, I don't have a VA loan.
