Eric has always been available to answer questions/emails to notarizing whenever I needed. TJ has helped with personal financial assistance and support, and goes the extra mile to follow up. Sean has been a life saver! His customer service, support, professionalism and knowledge is outstanding. Sean cares about his clients and reaches out to make sure their needs are met. Fidelity Bank Swift Creek branch recently helped me with a Paycheck Protection Loan. After my regular business bank told me they were too busy to help me with the PPP loan I contacted Fidelity Bank. Fidelity was eager for my business and made the process as simple as possible. Their team was proactive in communicating and helping me through the process. The service was outstanding and far beyond what was expected. Their performance and attitude throughout was exemplary. They are in a completely different league from what I've experienced at other banks. They even streamlined the loan forgiveness process and my loan was quickly approved for complete forgiveness by the SBA. Fidelity has earned my loyalty.

I opened my small business account as a sole proprietor at the Swift Creek branch over 30 years ago. Admittedly, I do not enjoy the cash flow that many larger business customers do. But in every single instance over the past 30+ years, each and every one of the Swift Creek branch employees have always been extremely helpful and have treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. Wow! A wonderful group of professional, knowledgeable and friendly people work at Fidelity Bank in Swift Creek shopping center. 2022 update: Fidelity continues to earn their 5 stars in the branch, via their friendly phone support and with their very well designed phone app. I stopped into the Creedmoor & Millbrook branch for some deposit slips and the retail teller was SO friendly and extremely helpful with tips on how to use different deposit methods to accommodate my customers with different comfort levels using electronic banking channels. The folks at Fidelity Bank have restored my faith in banks' ability to meet the needs of small businesses like mine. Their responsiveness to my needs and their ability to quickly pull together financing for my most recent project was exactly what I needed. An extra bonus is that they are so friendly and a pleasure to work with.

This is by far the best branch that I have been to in the area. Kathy and the rest if her crew know their stuff. Everyone is always smiling and asking me about my day, it makes me feel like a friend and not just a number like the big corporate banks. When I am having a bad day I love coming here because I always leave in a better mood. Out of all the branches I have been to I would highly recommend coming to the Swift Creek branch to open your accounts so you can experience the same awesome service that I have.

I have been banking at the Swift Creek Branch for the past twenty-two years. One of the things I like best about this branch is that there has been so little change in personnel over the years that the people become your friends rather than just employees of the bank! Banks like to advertise "friendly service" but Fidelity Bank's Swift Creek people truly deliver. All banks provide various financial services but this bank distinguishes itself by its genuine, neighborly relationship with its customers.
