I have know know the evergreen home loans team for a while now. To be honest I have been working with Taylor for over 18 months. I own my own business so it takes some time to get everything setup. Taylor and I spoke and strategized on what income I would need to earn for the loan I desired. Once we got pre-approved we moved with lightning speed! They were so fast they could have closed 3 weeks! But we delayed one week for the seller. Again when it comes down to it Evergreen is truely great! Speed, professionalism and heartfelt understanding.
