Our experience with our previous lender was so unnecessarily difficult and prolonged that we should have lost the house. After weeks of demands, blaming others for their mistakes, and asking for nearly impossible tasks, they dropped out on the day before our scheduled close. Our realter smoothed things over with the sellers and Tina Reeder committed to doing all the should could to ensure that we close on the house and soon. Tina Reeder and her team were amazing to work with from the very beginning. Anytime I had a question or a concern, i could get a reply quickly from them. The house we bought needed a quicker than normal close and their team was able to make that happen for us. We also had to think outside of the box on a couple of solutions and Tina practively came up with several and we talked through them to decide whats the best way to move forward. Would recommend them 10/10 times for your lending needs. Communication throughout the process was proactive and beneficial. We closed on time, with no hiccups.
