The worst bank imaginable!! Be very careful!!! They allowed $30,000 to be withdrawn from my 85 year old mothers account. This bank does not protect there customers. Will not return the money because we did not report money missing within 30 days. No accountability for letting two check clear with fraudulent signature!!!! Withdraw all your funds from this band they do not protect you and have loop holes so to not return your money!!!

The branches of both the "big banks" my business usually use closed due to Covid. Despite trying for several days, I was unable to reach a live person in the correct department at either (by phone or email). I had received an email from TCB that they also offer the Covid PPP relief loan. I always liked TCB when I lived in Boston, so I left a message after hours to ask. Five minutes later I got a call back from someone familiar with the loans (unfortunately a business needs to be within 120 miles of the branch). If you are lucky enough to live within 120 miles highly recommend banking with them.

You can’t trust this bank!!! THEY ALLOWED SOMEONE TO CASH OUT CHECKS WITHOUT THE APPROPRIATE SIGNATURE. They claim that they do not check the signatures of the checks being cashed!!! And claim that they have loop holes that does not protect your money!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY OUT OF THIS BANK WHILE YOU CAN

Their online banking system is a joke and their staff will harass you to make an account with them, choose a bank where you are the priority and not a bonus in their paycheck!

Been coming to this bank for 8 years now. I know it's tough times right now. But there is no need to be having customers wait 45 min in drive thru. Customer service needs to be a little quicker
