Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Corinth St, Roslindale

Worst BOA in the entire state! I’ve never been involved with a worse bank in my life. The employees working there are literally the dumbest individuals I’ve ever seen. You can expect to be in line for 50 minutes just to deposit a single check. There’s this manager that walks around and does absolutely NOTHING. They sit there and physically see the frustration on people’s faces and they do NOTHING! 1 teller open on a Friday!! What kind of sense does that make?!??! Someone please tell me! Who puts 1 teller open on the day EVERYONE GETS THEIR PAYCHECK AND NEEDS TO DO BANKING! Complete waste of time... if you want to kill 1 and a half hours of your day just come here for your usual 20 minute banking needs... absolutely ridiculous. Worst BOA I’ve ever been to and that is a straight fact! I’m a general contractor and I bank Everywhere and at all banks. This one..... takes the cake. Never again... I’d let my family starve for the day before coming here to cash a check or take out money.

Overall I am a longtime and happy BOA customer. However this weekend I made over an hour drive to this location because they have their hours listed as being open on Sunday. Unfortunately, after the hour or so drive i discovered that it was incorrect and presumably laziness in updating the branch information, as the location was not open. I find it hard to believe that BOA cant keep at least one main branch open on Sundays (not that i even have to go to a branch very often). Maybe its time to switch to Citizens..

The lines are always too long. fyi it's not open at 7am. It is open 9-4 Mon-Thursday, 9-5 Fridays 9-12 Saturdays and NOT open sunday. Bank of America in general means waiting forever to do simple transactions. Maybe make your ATMS capable of withdrawing multiples of 5s you idiots

Beware! They gave terrible advice to my 81 yr old mother and closed her IRA account then locked it into a 4 year non retirement CD , which triggered a taxable event. Bottom line, it cost her over a thousand in taxes yet her money is locked for 4 years, which she cannot access without a penalty. Their excuse is you will always have to pay taxes on it. Yeah genius but not all in one year. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Their advice is for the banks benefit at your expense!!!!!

I don't understand why is it, that there is more employees on the floor then in the back helping the one and only teller... I see the big guy always walking around... the pregnant somalian girl always doing the same, walking back and forth and helping customers on the DO IT YOURSELF COMPUTER....As a store manager I look for details into what other associates are doing especially when the line is full.... THIS STORE IS THE COMPLETE WORST EVER... GET BETTER EMPLOYEES WHO ARE ACTUALLY FASTER..... AND DON'T JUST HAVE 1 OR 2 TELLERS HAVE 4 OPENED AT THE SAME TIME WHEN THERE'S A BIG LINE... PEOPLE HAVE STUFF TO DO.... AND BESIDES SATURDAYS ARE ONLY OPEN FOR 4 HOURS... SO GET WITH THE PROGRAM. PEOPLE.

I just went to open a student account for my daughter. I was greeted super politely and got service right away. There was some trouble with the main computer, but the customer service person and manager hung in there with me and my daughter until way after closing to make sure I was all set. Thanks Una and the Roslindale Branch!

Wait 1/2 hours in line to make a deposit. There was presumably a customer in front of me asking for some special service, the teller called the manager, they did her job but were laughing at her immediately after she left. Completely unprofessional !!!

Customer service is horrible, they have only 1 teller. I was waiting almost 30min to do the transaction, maybe roslindale neighborhood should go to different bank , I'm gone Change my business account to different bank, disgusting customer service , pls don't go to Bank of America they don't have enough tellers. If u wanna do tellers transactions it's gone take u 40 min

Very good tellers workers at machines! I love to do my bank things on Sundays and until now I just got great tellers. They are profissional and very nice :)

Frequently out of service with no warning, and why is the atm area locked after 2030 or 8:30pm.
