TD Bank Centre St, West Roxbury

Juan and the Store Manager were helpful but their over the phone representatives when dealing with unsatisfactory services or services not rendered are not very detail oriented. I followed up consistently to address an issue and went on for months.. Needless to say the issue did not get resolved... TD bank didn't care that I banked with them for about 8+ years.. So obviously another institution which is obviously not "Americas Most Convenient Bank".

Had a terrible experience with TD banks phone service while I was trying to get my online account back up and running. I had to go in person to a location near me. The service was slow and rude. I was told I had to wait for a manager and then proceeded to wait 20 minutes while she sat in her office alone. Extremely unhappy with this unprofessional service.

This is the worst bank that I ever had to deal with. If you want to waste your money. This is your bank. Now the people at this branch. Their nice people, but as a company no. I hate that I had to leave this review, but I'm just sick and tired. Trial run over

Mickey was great. The bank itself is exploitative with long holds on deposits and ridiculous overdraft fees.

I was banking at TD Bank West Roxbury today. I have never been so disappointed and disrespected at any of the other location. I was waiting to be seen by customer service. I was ignored, by both person that were in their office. One man was on the phone the whole time I was waiting to be seen. The woman so rude she never acknowledge my presence. She went as far as to pass a card to another customer over my head. There is more but space will not allow me to tell my story. I would like to know what happened to the customers come first.

I'd been thinking about switching to TD for quite some time, and I am so glad I did! My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Clive was an absolute sweetheart and seemed genuinely excited and grateful to have a new customer. They also gave me a big bag of dog treats for my new puppy. TD of West Roxbury definitely has a new loyal customer.

Had an issue with a large deposit and Brian at TD worked to resolve it quickly.

Elio always provide good customer service, all the staff is awesome
