The guys here are very friendly. They remember their customers and try to help out when they can. I missed a payment for a couple months and they held my things for me. Awesome service. Hands down.

Ive been a customer at Empire for four years. The people there put me at complete ease on my first visit, once I told them that day was my first time in a loan shop. Because u have little turnover, I'm getting to know the staff a little better each time I visit. My favorite is the assistant manager. He seems to go out of his way to help, and not just me. I speak w other customers and we all say basically the same thing; there's no reason to go anywhere else but Empire. Keep it going!

My review is for the Stoughton location. First off I understand they are a business and as such I know the value of my items and what to expect. No surprises or disappointments. Through my interactions with the staff I have learned a lot and they have been very polite and professional. Our conversations about mutual interests have been fun. Be respectful and courteous if you want the same.

The young man in Stoughton has always treated me fairly and with respect. When you're in need, they pay you fairly for your things. Great experience over 7 years for me.

This place seems like a good honest place to sell or get a loan on your gold and silver but if you pay closer attention they will take advantage of you. They do not have the knowledge to tell you whether or not your Diamond or any other Gemstones are real and they won't pay you for any that are mounted in the jewelry you do sell, take special notice in how they weigh your gold and silver as well, they pay in penny weight which isn't a figure people are familiar with, and they pay far less than current market value, So you will be mislead on the actual value of your items. If you want a fair price call Precious Metals in Canton.

Great service actually used the pawn availability the gentleman behind the counter was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the loan financing great prices took the time to make sure that I understood definitely not what I'm used to will definitely be back will definitely be back

Great place if you need money quick. I even lost my receipt and was given outstanding service still without questions or problems. Thanks to them I was saved from an aweful experience, due to this alone I'll be forever gratefully loyal.

Empire alone and Stoughton has a great staff I feel always welcome when I come there having to go to a pawnshop can be very humbling at times but the staff there always makes me feel comfortable and welcomed truly second family distant cousins LOL
