But, she identified I was stuck in the digital system, so I began to get frustrated. However, it's worth noting, her attention to the details of the relative issues during my point of need was OUTSTANDING. I have never had anything but great service at this location. Today, we had a large check that we needed to cash. There were significant challenges due to a recent name change. Shurrie, the store manager, worked with us, took her time, listened, and made it happen. What could have been a very stressful experience, was made an enjoyable experience. 10/10, highly recommend.

The service of the team members is unbearable except for Raven!!! I have a 3 month old daughter who is afraid of thunderstorms And starts to cry while I’m applying for a loan, It’s been raining all day .All of the employees gave slick remarks about why my baby is making so much noise and Asked if I can quite her or simply come back without her Raven was the only one to show compassion and tried to comfort her and my nerves as I was finishing paperwork It’s unbelievable that this is how I got treated at this location Thank you Raven
