I had such a wonderful experience with Sunbelt. Both Vicky and Anne were a pleasure to work with. Each time I called, they responded and went over directions with me (as a first-time homebuyer, that was important). But the best part was closing day. The process was SO seamless. I've heard of long and grueling closing days - we were done within 30-45 minutes! Vicky went through every line item and explained everything to me, she gave me great guidance and insight throughout. At the end, we had a great celebration and made it a lot more fun and exciting than what I've heard from others on their experiences at other title agencies. Thank you Vicky for making it a very memorable day and for the best experience I could have imagined or asked for! I cannot recommend this title agency enough.

Vicky et al were so wonderful before and during closing. They are true professionals and worked so very hard to get our closing done in a timely manner. Great job!

It seems as though they do not know what they are doing. We didn’t get final documents until Thursday when the closing was scheduled for Monday! Because they were not sent in a timely manner we had the expense of $90.00 for the notary when we could have made an appointment with our bank at no charge to us. The agent refused to reimburse us for this which occurred because of her . She also sent us incorrect final numbers of which she was informed of but still did not correct and expected us to sign incorrect documents. If we had hired an attorney this fiasco would never have taken place, I am relieved that this is over and that I will refuse to use Sunbelt Title Company in Boynton Beach.

The most efficient I’ve witness with buying a home and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
