Christina and Melissa are awesome. Promptly responded they are trying so hard to please everyone. It's not an easy job. We are glad to have them in the Arrowood community.

Please be aware if your condo is managed by Avalon as it will be difficult to sell. They refuse to fill out the Condominium Project questionnaire for the buyer's lender, which is required for conventional mortgages by Fannie/Freddie. My lender is trying but says there is little if any chance of my loan to go through because of their refusal to fill out this simple standard form. Update: The lender was able to work with what information was available to them and we could close.

I have called the Oceanside Office to speak with any associates, 5 attempts, followed the prompts and dropped my call. New management covering the Arrowood area. I was not able to speak to a live person & no voicemail set up for clients to leave a message.

Avalon Management Took Over the HOA About 6 Months ago, their Oceanside Office Aren't Taking Visitors, Only On line & E-mail Responses Many People are Doing Last Minute Solar, Home Repairs etc. They Only Collect the Monthly HOA Fees

I’ve decided to update my review because, throughout today, although Sarah Rivas does not like me, she is responding to my emails. RDO is still useless to homeowners and North Coast Patrol is a joke. However, in her defense, she’s just the manager. What RDO needs are universal rules and enforced towing on all streets. There should be no parking on any streets between 10pm-5am and never parking without a pass. Towing should occur on the 2nd violation. Especially when the street is private and not governed by the city. We pay for safety and the use of our streets, why should ppl be allowed to abuse the rules? Especially ppl who don’t pay the monthly fees.
