I been a member of gems and loans for about 5 years . I’ve seen many workers come and go. I met Stella a few months ago and been doing business with her ever since. It’s very refreshing to come in and be greeted with a smile , I appreciate her not having a stone face . I’d say she’s very outgoing and she interacts with everyone coming in. I will definitely keep coming in and do business here.

Go see Angel the manager and he will take care of you. He’s a great guy and really understands all situations and cares about his customers. This is the best shop in SD County by far. Best staff too. You will be in and out in a few minutes with cash.

Israel and Joseph were really kind and had no problem cleaning the silver bracelet and chain that I l’d just bought until it was spotless! Israel even gave me a cloth and told about some cleaning methods I can do at home. Will def come back

Awesome place to get a ring, don’t waste your time going to a brand new shop when you can get one of the same or better quality here for the same price or less. I bought an engagement ring with a band here and the store manager Angel gave me a 40% discount on the rings with resizing included. They also pushed me ahead of the line so I could get the ring by the date I needed all with a discount! I went to 5 stores previous to this and the prices were double to nearly TRIPLE the amount for the same thing I was looking for. Highly recommended, with a great selection and quality staff. Definitely will be back to get them soldered.
