STAY AWAY THIS IS A PREDATORY COMPANY! They check your credit score when they shouldn’t after you already have a loan with them, they will add 6000$ to your account if they think you don’t have insurance. My husband was in the field with NO PHONE HE HAD INSURANCE THEY ADDED 6k on his account causing his credit score to go from the 700’s to the 500’s stating that it was missed payments because they added their own insurance on it his credit score has not been the same since no matter how much he does and although they removed it Stay away from them please

Who charges 10 dollars for overdraft fees during these trying times?? TFCU does... They claim to have implemented several "programs" to help people in need but it's a bunch of bull. 10 dollar overdraft fees should be a crime. Bunch of bullies stealing member's hard earned funds. 👎 Edit: I've been with TFCU for almost 30 years! I've NEVER been charged a cent for using my own savings to compensate the checking account on the first time in a month's span. We had FIVE per month recently. That's what I signed upon opening my account. Now on the first time, BAMN! 10 Dollars to use my own money from my own account. Why?? NO JUSTIFICATION whatsoever. GREEDY! If my life wasn't so attached to the account I would cancel and move elsewhere. BIG FAT THUMBS DOWN!

I have been charged so many fees for overdraft when I clearly had enough funds in my account. I have asked for help and received rude responses over the customer service line, and told there is nothing that can be done. I have not had a fee to my account until recent months. I have lost over $30 worth of my money to their unwarranted fees. Once I pay everything off, I will be closing my account. Edit: I did receive an email from manager Jose, who was very helpful and listened to my side of the story. He was able to assist me and mend some of the damage that was done.

Worst experience I have ever had with an auto lien holder! Customer service is hit or miss with if the associate is knowledgeable or giving false information. It’s also hit or miss is the associate is going to be rude or a decent human being. Do not use them for your auto loans people! Worst mistake I ever made.

I had to pay a late fee for my money not being accessible to me, I tried to reach out to the branch with no luck, they deactivated my card the last day of the month before bills, and it's pretty frustrating to know you have no access to your money! Had to close out my account to risky for that to happen again, not trustworthy, would not bank here!

I HAVE BEEN WITH TEACHERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION FOR YEARS!! ROJAS BRANCH IS THE WORST!!! NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! NOT CARING ALL , THEY WOULD NOT CONSIDERATE AT ALL!! I PLAN ON EMAILING THE CEO AND LETTING THEM KNOW HOW ROJAS BRANCH IS TREATING MEMBERS!!

This company NEEDS TO BE CHECKED BY THE BBB THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING… THE STAFF IS NOT ONLY RUDE BUT THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY WHILE GIVING YOU THE WRONG INFORMATION. They continue to mess with my credit score, RUNNING MY CREDIT WHICH THEY SHOULD NOT BECAUSE I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM…. THEY ARE THE WORST STAY AWAY FROM THEM! IF YOU DONT YOU WILL REGRET IT! Every time my credit goes up they do something every single month to pull it down taking my chance away to refinance with another company:…. DO NOT TRUST THIS CREDIT UNION!

I applied for skip a payment request and i have been told that everything was going to be taken care of. They were suppose to get back with me and never did I had to constantly call. The lack communication is constant with this back. They have their own personal rules they go by. It’s frustrating to work with. I wouldn’t get any loans with them. They are impossible to work with. I have never been satisfied with any of their customer service. Switching my loan with GECU when I get the chance. GECU TAKES WAY BETTER CARE OF YOU.

My parents and I have been with this branch for a couple of years now, and honestly I wouldn’t switch to any other bank. The customer service is always excellent through drive thru and lobby hours. I’ve personally never had any problems with TFCU Rojas. This branch has always taken care of my parents and I. I also love the fact that the Rojas location is 10 minutes from my house, which is very convenient. Thank you TFCU for being the best!!

I got my first car financed with them in 2009 and now again in 2019. They approved me for the lowest interest rates compared to all other local banks. I have never had any issues with them. All the members are very friendly and helpful.

I have been a member of TFCU since I got my first job (like 20 years ago). My mom was a member and she had opened an account for me. Just this year I am very happy to say, my daughter is now , also a member. Throughout the years most of my family has joined too. We as a family trust TFCU and have always been very happy members.
