Everything about this visit was perfect! From the minute I walked in I was greeted and assisted by the front desk and they were extremely knowledgeable Of the services that was requesting. Jennifer Drake was the most friendliest, understanding, patient and communicative agent to ever assist me. It was my first time getting a credit card and she went above and beyond in explaining interest fees, payment dates, travelers benefits ect… on top of all this the process took no more than hour and we even looked into refinancing a vehicle! So glad I decided to bank with you guys, I love it here!

I have been a member with Texas Bay since 1980 back when it was Atlantic Richfield and have always had nothing but the best service. I wanted to mention today I had the experience to work with Jennifer Drake, she is awesome! She went beyond and above to help me out and took such good care of me. Applied my overpayment to future payments instead of to my principal as I clearly marked on the slip and stated to the teller, but I think it is the way their business is set up to prevent you from paying towards the principal. Paid off my account lucky not to deal with them, not a good way of doing business.

Ana is great she helped me out on transfer a balance and explained the options I have I would recommend her to my family and friends

I opened a credit card because I like their interest rates. However, I requested a new card because of possible fraud a little over a month ago and I have yet to receive my new card. I’ve tried about 10 times to reach someone to ask about it or if the fraud charge was removed and I have yet to reach someone on the phone. I don’t think anyone should have to struggle this much to get a simple question answered. Ive called on several different times and dates and didn’t get to talk to anyone. Very annoying.

Why is the atm always down during the weekend always saying cant process withdrawals is not like you have a million of them to maintain....

The Pasadena Texas Location Employees are very helpful and very friendly. They try to help the customers in what every way they can for their needs when it comes to finance. Keep up the great work. I would recommend this location if any one is looking for a good credit union to bank.

Really inconvenient hours. Hope you don't work a regular job because this branch is only open 9-5 M-F. Not even open for a couple of hours on Saturdays. The staff is friendly and provide good service when you can see them.

Dealt with a loan officer , she didn’t greet me or act pleasant in any way , seemed clueless about her job I was holding my son ( who is very wired) trying to transfer money,, she left the office that we where in and went and sat down to chat with a co-worker. After 5-10 minutes talking with her friend, she came back and explained that she didn’t know how to fulfill my request. Truly pathetic!! I was contacted by a VP directly after this review. She made sure that I knew that the behavior of this employee was not how Texas Bay Area trains their employees to act. I was left with a much better feeling, and moved this review from a 1 star to a 4 star. Thank You Aeriel

Joanna is the best teller I've ever met. She is so personable and shows true passion when I bring up my personal life and banking needs. She is quick and efficient with my transactions while having the best customer service. I wish other banks had more people like her! It makes me love my bank even more!

Great service, I went in there late because of my work schedule, and Jennifer was still able to help me successfully refinance my vehicle. Very friendly and professional environment
