When I called on the phone to get a little more information on the loan process Isabel was very knowledgeable and helpful, I applied over the phone and received a call back in less than 30 minutes stating I was approved. When I got to the office Crystal assisted me and explained the contract fully and answered any questions I may had. Customer service at this location is immaculate. After being with them for almost 5 to 8 months today. I will NOT be returning. I called them back after having a missed call and after I told them my information, they informed me that my payment was due on the 23rd and even though I pay on the time and I have no missed payments or late payments with the late fee. My history with them is flawless and they have helped me with my credit score. Today the lady that answered the phone was RUDE was interrogating me about why I needed to pay my bill a few days after the due date when before all it took was me to say and they would notate on the account. From the very start she was just horrible, she was rude and her tone was disgusting... not sure if they have a new team but when Natasha was there this would have never happened. Lady raised her voice with me and was cutting me off ... very rude and I will NEVER renew my loan with this office if this is how low their customer service has tumbled down too. I don't need them to scream and raise their voice and tell "You keep saying the same thing" I am shook at the poor service, really disappointed because I really like them but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I called because i received a pre-approval letter in the mail. Natasha helped me over the phone and approved me for more than expected. She was very professional and polite. When i arrived to the office they were busy with customers but attended to me in a welcoming manner. They are practicing safe distancing and Renee was able to help me. She was responsive and thorough explaining the details of my loan. I will highly recommend to my friends and family! Thank u Covington Credit!

The entire staff is customer friendly very professional. Natasha the branch manager is so kind to all the customers I have seen and I say that because I have experienced it when I didn’t know how I would make my payment and Natasha was there to assist. Natasha is very respectful towards her employees. I love the Pasadena crew. I give them 10 stars. I recommend my family and friends they treat you like vips not just a number.
