Worst experience EVER with a bank. Took two weeks to complete an auto loan request… My loan officer, Ashley R. , rarely followed up with me… I had to call her each day then she would proceed to tell me something I needed to do. The last time I called another officer answered and told me I was approved and could head to sign paperwork. I hung up and was eager to sign when I realized they never gave me a quote so I called back and transferred me to Ashley who said I was misinformed and said she never finished reviewing my app and needed additional information. With great frustration, I told her that she needs to do her job and communicate with me more and then, conveniently, she calls me back and denies my app. Okay… customer service 0/10. communication 0/10. Time management 0/10–she would only communicate between 1-3 pm. she said “our system was down for a day” -technology 0/10. I will never use this bank and neither should you.

Not a good credit union to use. I wish I would have listened to all the bad reviews. So many problems with this bank and lots of lies! They tell you how easy online payments are to make but don't tell you about the $10 "convenience charge" for online payments. As soon as I pay my loan off I will close my account and never bank here again. Capital one is a much better bank.

This is my favorite location! compare to the other location the wait is not so bad. I love the amazing customer services that Joshua Salians provides, I have being a member for so many years but nobody has the excellent customer service like he does, always so friendly and polite ! Definitely recommended!!

I opened up a direct deposit a week ago from today. And the bank denied it and sent my payroll department a message to send me a paper check! When I called the bank to ask what was the problem I was put on hold for 25 minutes and still WAITING!! So unprofessional I will be closing my account!

Dont bank. Their customer supports is dead now. Nobody answers a phone they dont even have anyone om the chat system to help. Sounds like a whole lotof taking and giving nothing back.

Good customer service, access to change coins for bills or deposit to your account. The bad things are there is no banks in other cities and if I lost my card I cannot do anything until personally go to the bank (bo through phone).

For the last 15 - 20 years, I have always had great experience with SFC via by phone or in person.

This my second time coming to shell to deposit a check and they told me it would take up to 7 businesses days since they never had gotten a check like that before. What kind of BS is that. I have never struggle to get my check deposit until now.

Was friendly, help when in need of personal attention to my account. They send notices via email such as future updates and events. Balance updates All in all happy with SFCU
