I have to go in a couple of times a month and almost every time I go in Alexa is there. She ALWAYS addresses me by name. When I speak with her she makes sure I understand what is going on with my loan and makes sure that all my business is taken care of. I feel like she goes above and beyond for me. She has made a difficult time in my life so much easier. I am extremely grateful to her. She has been my angel. Thank you, Alexa!!!

Absolute nightmare of a bank. Seems like I'm dealing with a bunch of unorganized children that have no idea what's going on and aren't talking to each other. I tell them exactly what needs to be done and how to do it but they still manage to screw it up every time. I financed two vehicles, have a line of credit, checking savings and a personal loan with this bank and I will be taking my business anywhere but here as soon as I can close these accounts. Ridiculous!!!

I walk into one of the locations and they havin a recording section They really having these people lie on camera When I been with this bank for almost 2 years and never help me once with my credit or a loan for having low credit. All these people talking good about this bank they probably get paid for it .

Mrs Debbie Leal is awesome she attended me with my refinancing of my cars I recommend her services she explains everything god bless always !

Dianna Wallace was very helpful in refinancing my auto loan.. She was very professional and took her time with the process. She made sure all paperwork was taken care of. She responded fast when she said she will call within a hour of the status of the loan. Highly recommended and will deal with again....

Ms. Paige and Debbie at the League City location is awesome they didn't only took care of my financial needs, but they was also able to take care of my brother Brian in becoming a new member. Since joining Texas Bay banking family I dont make no financial decisions without first consulting or involving them. They are truly helping people build strong financial strength.

I have never had better customer service and very polite manners from an employee at TX Bay Credit Union from Debbie Leah at the South shore branch off 96. This employee takes time with her customers and makes sure to explain everything and go into detail if you don’t understand. She also responds back to your text message in a timely manner. I highly recommend this branch and Mrs. Christian as well, she was extremely helpful and very patient provided so much information in which I've taken in consideration she has helped me open a checking/savings account and helped me set up a credit card as well to help build my credit up in which i really do appreciate her help and assistance, Great customer service. I bought 2 cars last Friday. Debbie processed the loans for me and did an outstanding job! She was responsive and diligent, we were able to get this all done with me only needing to be in the branch for about an hour. Debbie's customer service and attention to detail made this a pleasant experience. She bring great credit upon herself and the credit union.

This was my first time at this location and getting a car loan. The wait time was quick and Paige Durham was very friendly and helpful. She made the process really easy to understand. Definitely a great first impression!
