Brandi at advance America is awesome...very very professional, yet she is as sweet as can be, very helpful and thorough and conversates with customers and cares. This will be the only place I come when times get hard and I need some extra money all due to how great Brandi has been. Very strong customer service stills. Five stars all the way.

I called before coming in and spoke with Ellie she was so helpful and sweet. This was my first time taking out a loan and Robin was so helpful making sure so was taken care of. I was in and out within 30 minutes. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
