Great customer service skills, David helped me with my sale and even though I didn't get the vehicle I wanted due to first come first serve basis, which is fair, I still came out with a great family vehicle for a fair price. Not to mention the insurance policy they offer is pretty convenient. Recommend to anybody looking.

Family & I have been pretty long time customers with this dealership. Recently we’ve been leasing a Dodge Charger from them & every time the car comes back, they break another part and won’t replace it with the same quality from when they first sold you the car. The car has been slowly getting in worse condition every time the car comes out of the shop. Broken backup camera, fenders & display.

Brian was just absolutely amazing took care of us and helped us through the whole thing. Made it so easy! Really recommend them and go to Brian!

So my experience with Texas auto center has gone back now 3.5 years. I love the service that I am provided by the managers and sales staff. They are a great alternative for first car buyers. Especially not having credit like I did. There payments are on a biweekly schedule which helps manage the over all payment you'd be paying somewhere else. If you plan to visit ask for johnny. He has gotten me into two vehicles now my first with 500 down and my second with 0. Check em out.

Having bad credit is difficult but makes buying a car that much harder. This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from Brian P. and the process is painless and easy. I am out of work due to a medical condition and am expecting funds here soon . I fell behind 2 payments (they are paid but weekly) .they immediately turn your vehicle off no matter where you are and don’t inform you. The finance department is far from understanding and acts as if we are not human and face hardships. Instead of assisting with placing my payments on hold or waiting until I can make the payment they repo-d my vehicle today - again without notifying this would he done. They call and threaten you with a repossession everyday although you’ve spoken to a representative and told them your situation and they think you can cough up the money . If you are able to please avoid this place. Sn: the first month of having the vehicle I had several problems like the car not cranking every once in a while and the tire pressure sensor constantly showing a warning .

Blue was amazing! Highly recommend him when you go in! He got me what I wanted , fast and easy . Straight to the point, very nice and excellent customer service!! Ask for BLUE when you go!

First a "first time car owner" the process went really fast my guy Brian was absolutely amazing. That's a great guy right there, put me in something I enjoy any concern I had he answered with confidence and assurance. Didn't take to long. Really a 10/10. Give that guy a raise or something. Even with a couple of customers ahead of me he was still getting me ready to go. He's awesome!

Great time working with David Avalon. He knew i was having a hard time making a decision but not once felt forced or rushed. He made sure I was happy with my decision. The entire process was great and easy. A lite bit of a wait time because they were busy but it was at the end of the process. 10/10 do recommend.

So i have been wanting to say this for sometime but today really takes the cake…. This is by far the worst car dealership I have ever came across for myself and my mom and family…. My mother since she’s had her car has to literally keep putting the car in it every month but that’s jst one part of all this the customer service from both places is monotonous and frankly has my family and i livid at this point…. Instead of working with us to come up with a solution they become more of the problem smh
