Several months ago, I was in between gigs, and was short on money. I got a check in the mail from Covington Credit, for like $625. I was pretty suspicious at first, but I read all the fine print, let it sit for several days, and finally decided to go ahead and deposit it in my checking account, because I needed the money. Well, I made payments for several months, and one time when I called to make a payment, they asked me if I needed any more money. I didn't. But the other day, after making payments for several months, I did need some more money. But I had a lot of questions. I called them, and a lady named Samantha answered. She was very patient. I had a ton of questions, and she was very helpful, as well as being polite. Several times I apologized for playing 100 questions, and gave her the chance to get off the phone. But she hung in there with me, and continued to be extremely professional and helpful. After answering all my questions, I hung up, and drove there to fill out the required paperwork to borrow a little more money. I was greeted by Rubi. Her desk was nearest the door, and I set down and began to explain what Samantha and I had discussed. I found Rubi to be equally as helpful and professional as Samantha. Not only that, but she was just as friendly as Samantha had been. I told her what Samantha and I had discussed, and we proceeded to complete the transaction. It's a little embarrassing, when life throws you a curve, and you need to avail yourself of short-term financing from someplace like this, but it sure does make it easier, when the people you deal with are as helpful, friendly, and professional as Rubi and Samantha were. In fact, they impressed me so much, that I couldn't resist writing a review. Thank you Covington Credit, for the service you provide, and for hiring such helpful and professional people. Good job!
