I worked with Happy both on Friday 4/8 and again today 4/13. She is 100% AMAZING and so helpful. She is patient and kind and personable. I enjoyed working with her to get what I needed taken care of. If Texans keeps people like her around they will have nothing but success. THANK YOU Happy for taking care of me. It is very much appreciated!

Worked with Tabitha recently to secure a loan for a new vehicle. The experience was pleasant and all around great! I have purchased many vehicles over the years and this tops them all. Mainly because of how fast and efficient it was. The process took only 2 phone calls and I felt in control the whole time, with a clear understanding of the terms and interest rate. 5 stars!

Highly recommend NOT using this CU to secure a loan. I am an RV dealer and had a customer who used this CU to finance a 50k RV from me, that this CU refuses to fund. We have a drafting agreement from them, and we produced everything to them that they require for us to get funded, but because the customers old address is on the title to the RV, we still can't get funded a month later! $50,000! Does anyone go to the dmv and get a new title or a title correction every time you move? No! It isn't necessary, and it ISN'T on their contract with us as something that they need for funding! They may be good for personal banking, and they may have friendly employees, but for lending purposes, it would be in your best interest to use a more experienced bank or credit union. Or at Least a different branch of Texans CU! They were also incredibly difficult to get anyone to answer their phone. We finally had to call the main number to even talk to anyone. We have actually recommended Texans Cu to people in the past, but we will no longer be doing any business with this CU and if any existing Texans CU customers try to use them to buy an RV from us in the future, we will be recommending they go with a different lender or use one of ours. This CU does not do business in good faith, or they are inexperienced, or both.

Great experience at Texans. Went in to apply for an auto loan and Tabitha Greenlee made this process exceptionally simple and quick. Very thorough and great at her job. She explained everything well and followed up with me throughout the entire process! Highly recommend

KB was really cool to both me and my fiance. We didn't mind the wait time to get myself set up with an account but he made it worthwhile. He exchanged jokes with us and didn't make us feel like he wanted to rush us out of the building. Interactions like that are always important and we appreciate his time and effort very much.

I was having a hard time making an external transfer to pay my auto loan. When I called in I got a hold of Byron. He was very professional, efficient, patient, and answered all my questions. Best customer service I have ever experienced with a lender! Thank you for all your help sir!

What a wonderful experience that I've with a dispute transaction with ATM happened yesterday (03/23/22) when I called Texans Credit Union to let them know what happened. They really helped and resolved the issue quickly. Today, I called back to follow up and talked to Kiara she was so helpful and very pleasant to talk to and she has such a bubbly personality. I was happy talking to "Happy" today :) A smooth first time right bank call can easily make my day. She helped me with my card replacement in few minutes and answered a couple of other inquiries as well. Generally I am satisfied with Texans CU services specially with the convenience of online banking and mobile APP.

I called in and spoke to Byron in member services, he was fast, professional, and humorous and helped me log back in easily to my account. Texans is a far better experience than BofA or other banks! Also Heather in the loan Department was amazing as well! Both Byron and Heather have restored my faith in banks. Im recommending Texans CU to all my friends and family in the future.

I worked with a wonderful lady named Happy on a sticky, complicated problem for a half hour. She was as patient as a saint, always positive and professional. We worked things out just fine and I hope I can work with Happy the next time I call!

Byron Grigsby helped me recover my on-line banking ability today, on my iPhone and Mac. I have used TEXANS for years and have seen them growing, improving, and adding more convenience to customers, even as I have moved from Dallas to Austin. Customer Service is friendly, and understanding. They took off a couple of overdrafts for me and I really appreciate them doing that. However I've had bad service from them as well. I purchased some items online from a fraudulent business and tried to get my money back. I was told they'd investigate and call back. I never received anything from them regarding the matter and was out around $170.
