I walked in and was immediately and very kindly greeted by Valerie. She asked me how I was doing on that fine day, and our entire interaction was influenced by her positivity and kind demeanor. I would not have expected this given my experience at other ACE Cash Express locations. Thank you for making my day, Valerie!! Valerie was amazing. I was On my way! To Dallas when I had car trouble and not enough cash to get it fixed. I only had a check which of course was out of state. Called before going in and the initial conversation was so welcoming. I had to Uber to location and didn’t want to get there and have a problem. Valerie helped make a bad day into a blessed one. The customer service that she provided me almost made me forget that I was having car trouble and that alone speaks a lot. Thank you so much Ms. Valerie. I am a business owner and have been using Ace for many years. They are very friendly and extremely professional. I had the pleasure of meeting a new employee who had only been there a week but her customer skills were superb! Her name is Valerie and she always has a smile on her face in the 2 visits I had dealings with her. The entire team at this store is always welcoming. Also, met their manager Christine who was making sure Valerie was following protocol and getting her ready to be a certified teller. I appreciate the experience I get on each visit. You don't find customer service like this in those big banks! Keep up the great work guys!
