DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I used this company about a year and a half ago for property in Oak Ridge. At the time they were a very good company and very helpful, Recently I bought a house in Maryville and used Tennessee Title Services and had a completely different experience. It was terrible. On the day I was scheduled to do the final walk through, I got a call from my realtor that there was a hold up. She was not given the details or a time estimate. Since I was the home owner who has to arrange for a mover, services, wire transfers, etc. I should have been the first one called. I should have been given an explanation and a probable time frame. That was not done. COMMUNICATIONS, is the key to good service and it was terrible. More than once, I got no answer and no voice mail service. I was not kept update on the problem or time frame. I will never use this company again. I will only give negative recommendations on this company to others. With the level of service, I expect them to be out of business shortly.

Jen, Shannon, and the whole team at Tennessee Title Services always go above and beyond to ensure my clients and I are up to date and informed through the whole process. I always get positive feedback from my clients on the friendliness and professionalism showed by this company. Would recommend them to anyone and will gladly continue using them for all my title needs!

Tennessee Title Services did an excellent job of taking care of us in every way. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a home! They were always quick to answer any questions and to take care of any issues. We were able to close on our house 15 days earlier than the original closing date which was a huge relief for us! The staff at TN Title Services have always been incredible to work with and handled each of my clients with the most incredible customer service. There are many behind the scenes roles that don't get recognized in a real estate transaction and their entire team including: closers, processors, admins, attorneys, underwriters, title searchers, and even the owners have been entirely flawless. I truly appreciate the entire TN Title Services crew.

Tennessee title loans was great to work with they were fast and efficient.

They where quick and very friendly. But they didn’t get the keys from the seller so I didn’t have keys to my house. Luckily the seller gave me a garage opener before signing and I was able to get in. My agency is in Clarksville though, I don’t know why it’s asking me to review this one.

Took money from me at closing to pay the irs and never paid. The irs is now sending letters for past due payment. Terrible communication all the way around and will not call me back or reply

The only thing they really dropped the ball on was no transfer of keys to the duplex, and when I arrived in Oak Ridge after driving from St. Louis I couldn't even get in till my tenant/neighbor got home so I could get an extra set from him. Major aggravation! They should have insisted on keys from the former owner's agent at closing. Just passed it on to be my problem. Not Nice!!!

Tennessee Title did not do a proper title search on the properties I purchased. I am now involved in a lawsuit because of it, can’t do any work on the properties, and losing valuable rental income every day. They also lied to the lien holders and told them I had been notified about the lien (several times). I didn’t find out anything until the lien holders showed up on my doorstep!!

Jen young is by far one of the most friendly, knowledgeable people in the industry. With years of experience and a massive network, it’s extremely easy to work with Jen and Tennessee title company. Having been a part of many closings with Jen, my respect for her as a business person has grown immensely. We all want our customers to feel comfortable and in good hands during such a potentially crazy time. This company has that touch. Definitely recommend!
