We cannot say enough good about Ted Turcsanski. He took our hands and guided us through the loan process from first call to final close. He was available (even when I needed to call him after hours) to answer any questions. I wanted to run through multiple lending scenarios, and Ted was there to consult and advise at every turn (even on his family vacation—sorry Ted 😄). If you want white glove service, Ted is your man!

We had such a wonderful experience working with Ted and his team! They were very professional and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had along the way. Ted had been working with me 5 months before I got out of service when not one else would want to help because I was too many months far out, he was super helpful and extremely professional at all times he would answer any questions I would have at anytime. Very knowledgeable and experienced with VA loans and a fast closing time-line. He will do anything in his power to make sure that you are able to close on your dream house. Usually never do reviews about anything but Ted definitely earned it.

Then, he went the extra mile towards then end when he pointed out that we were overpaying for our home owners insurance. He found us a company that will save us about $800 per year. He was awesome!
