I had been previously working with another Loan Officer who was not bad at all. He had been responding to my questions in a reasonable amount of time, but I was referred to Mr. Zach Kraft by a close friend to check out the rate I was being offered. Since my first conversation with Zach I saw another level of customer service. The previous guy was good, but Zach was GREAT! Not only did I get a better rate but Zach was on call with any and all questions or concerns at all times. He didn't mind explaining things to me over and over to ensure my peace of mind. Since this was the first home I would be buying and I am in contract management, I HAD A TON OF QUESTIONS.. lol. I often times felt like I was over asking but Zach didn't mind at all, he encouraged it to ensure I felt good all the way through the process. To anyone reading this, YES I recommend Zach... seriously I don't see how this could have been a better experience from a customer service perspective.

Zach Kraft is very passionate about what he does! My wife and I went to him to refinance our home and pull out equity. He walked us through every detail and gave a comprehensive explanation of all the terms and language we hadn't previously been exposed to.
