They promised to fix the AC and the hood latch on a vehicle we purchased. We brought it in 3 times and the fiance left for basic (they never fixed it). Called today since she got back from ait and needs her car and they said they wouldn't do it because it had been so long. You never fixed it to begin with? Just kept throwing parts at it that never made it work. Scummy company.

Went to EZ Auto and met with Buddy Martin and Curtis Johnson to try and get into a vehicle. My credit is in recovery, and I didn't have a whole lot to put down. So they worked with me on a $2,000 down payment, and got me into a 2013 Dodge Dart SXT with a manual transmission. They held on to the car a day just to give it a once-over and a full detail before it left their lot. While I was waiting to communicated with me constantly to help me with my unique situation, in order to get me into a running driving vehicle. Their customer service is top-notch, their sales people are the best I've ever encountered at any dealership, and I think I just found my go-to for buying a vehicle from now on. These guys are awesome. I spoke with Ryan and he did an amazing job from being honest and modest about every car there. The dude was calling around every insurance company to get me some affordable prices. I only had 800 down for a car and I was pulling off the lot with a Chrysler. It's worth the visit people. Very friendly environment.

I purchased my 2011 Honda Civic from Curtis Johnson and it was a fantastic experience! After applying online, I was contacted very shortly after to work on some figures. They worked with me on my down payment AND my monthly payment. They allowed me to make payments on my d.p until $1,500 of the $2,000 was paid and let me pick up my car with an arrangement of paying the additional $500 left within 30 days. They got my payment where I told them I needed it to be and replaced the compressor on the vehicle before letting me purchase it. This vehicle is so clean for being 10 years old too, that is a plus. I have purchased from dealerships before and honestly, this buy here pay here was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Oh and let me add, I do NOT have good credit or even fair credit and they still got me done. Would recommend to everyone!

I came in on a Friday and picked the car I wanted, but I had to come back on Monday with my down payment and to pick the car up. After telling me that the car would be ready, papers ready to sign…Not only wasn’t my car ready, but they waited until after I gave my down payment at 11am to tell me that the car needed a state inspection and I had to wait around or find something to do until 4pm in an unfamiliar area that’s an hour away from home. Very inconvenient and very unprofessional!!! The only reason why they get a thumbs up and 3 stars is because they worked with me and my financial situation. The car wasn’t even that clean inside or outside!!! All I can say about this place is to each it’s own! I’ll never purchase there again if I don’t have to! But the sales people there are very polite!

Great people. Spoke through a lot of the details about the vehicle and worked well with the problems I was having with outside sources EX: bank, loans etc. let me test drive and gave me plenty of options in order to pay for the vehicle. They didn’t force any decisions on me and made me feel like every decision was made on my own doing. Great service

I had crappy credit, and not too much money coming in. However they worked hard to get me into a car that was within my budget and made sure it was something I liked and would suite the needs of my family and myself! These guys are super awesome and I wish I had came here sooner! Ms. Johnson was so amazing and very courteous, they weren't stiff like other places and after I finished I was congratulated and had my picture taken. I would DEFINITELY recommend them for others and would deal with them again. GLADLY!! They made my experience so easy, and it was a comfortable environment to be in. The team was absolutely great to work with, made sure that the vehicle I wanted was ready to go when I was ready to pick it up. They were friendly and funny and even helped to transfer all my child’s medical equipment from the old vehicle into my new vehicle.
