TD Bank Nashua Rd, Londonderry

This TD Branch is exceptional. Has weekday daily hours till 6PM hours and until 1PM on Saturdays and even open on Sundays. This is fantastic and focused on serving people with busy lives. Most other banks are only open till 4PM daily. Visited this week on Friday, the branch was well staffed and was able to sit with Branch Manager to assist me with several complicated issues. This is a stark contrast with other large footprint banks.

Mark is a business professional with excellent customer service! So very personable as well as his attention to detail is phenomenal!

Nice Bank With Very Friendly Staff. A went in twice as a non customer to convert foreign cash to dollars. They only charge of fee of $10 for this service. Although the branch was very busy on a Saturday, they staff was efficient and courteous. The have great expanded hours as well. Will use their services again.

Branch does not have a coin counter. We can get coin wrapper free from them inside though. I thought this was the most convenient banking? Anyways it’s 2018 they had these things and allowed you to deposit it direct to your accounts. They’ve taken a step backwards by getting rid of them.

Why would anyone do business with this bank. I had a check from a TD bank customer made out to me. I went to the branch to cash it and they charged me $7 for a check drawn from an account from their bank NO EXCUSE for this money hungry grab. Tear down Wall Street - vote Warren

Went in to make a deposit today only to deal the a rude completely lacking in customer service teller. Her tone was unbelievable. We all can have bad days but when you are customer facing you need to try to be friendly. Crack a smile maybe. Worst banking experience ever.

Jason, one of their service reps, misrepresented himself. Causing me thousands in business damage. Do not open an account.

I went in, Mark helped me fix an Error that the Nashua TD Bank didn't do order me checks, I waited 4 weeks to find Nashua never ordered them & I knew I should have gone to the Londonderry Branch, they have ALWAYS been extremely helpful, KEEP up the great work Londonderry Branch 👍👍👍

I went to the branch today to get a new debit card because there was fraudulent activity on my account!! They told me I should not use a debit/ Visa card just us a credit card ? They were trying to get me to apply for one!! I said no I have many credit cards and I’m not interested in another one! Not happy with that I almost closed both of my accounts one of them I’ve had since 1995!!

Tried to take $1000 out of my account in large bills and told to come back another time they where out of large bills. What a joke of a bank! Would skip it unless you only need to take 20 bucks out. Might need to get that in small bills too.
