James Hinton was an amazing representative he helped me understand things that I never thought I would be able to understand at such a young age! He was also very nice and very funny which is always good to have those qualities and I really enjoyed talking with him. Michelle was the most kindest lady I have ever met. She was super nice and always made me feel like I was gonna be taken care of! We had a great annual review with Amal Jawa and Sarah Willis. They were both very informative and nice. They answered our questions and informed us of our options and recommendations for optimal coverage in case of a negative life event. Our meeting was set up from a reminder call and we got a Zoom appointment for that day (Saturday at 5pm). We did expect the meeting to be 20 minutes and it was an hour, but we also asked numerous questions!

The zoom chat was extremely friendly helpful and opened. Lot of ideas and information. All my questions were answered and explained even if it was something already said James hinton and Gabby both were professional curious to my fiancee and my needs and were willing to explain everything on our time. Honestly very good first phone call with Amal Jawa and Gordon Phillip However the second call she became VERY unprofessional, pushy, and even tried to criticize saying if I had the money to buy a cup of coffee i had the money to purchase their insurance. I informed her im out of work right now due to a surgery and as soon as I go back I intended to look at my policy I had because this companies policy sounds promising but being out of work I don’t have the funds to pay for several insurances which is when she made her comments. I felt insulted by her tone, by the approach she took, by some of the remarks she made and at this point I wouldn’t even consider giving them my business or sending them to anyone else. If I’m going to do business with someone I want it to be promising NOT forced and criticized.

James Hinton did an excellent job of explaining all of our coverage and all of our benefits to us over a zoom meeting! He was very friendly and helped our grand daughter buy her first life insurance policy. We will definitely ask for James to work with us in the future!

I came across an ad for a free last will and testament, so I decided to check it out. I was skeptical, but once they contacted me the skepticism lessened up. The agent that called me explained who they are and what they do. He told me what that they do a zoom meeting to go over the last will and testament. I decided why not what can it hurt. Once doing the zoom meeting I then got my last will and testament emailed to me. They at the same time of the meeting will offer life insurance. They don't just push a plan on you, they factor in different things including income to find a plan that might work for you. They also come up with two different plans so you have options which are reasonably priced. There is also extra benefits included that could benefit you while alive if you or your family were to become hospitalized. I decided to go through with getting a policy and glad I did. It feels good to know when my time comes my family will not be burden with cost and that my wishes are in place. The staff is very friendly and responsive as well as explain things so they are understood. My agent is Brandy alfliere, she is amazing and easy to work with. I ended up needing a completely different type of policy then what she originally came up with but she still made a good and affordable policy work. I definitely recommend this company!!!

I've had a policy for a couple years and while thankfully I've never needed to use the policy I've only had positive experiences with their agents. I just had a meeting with Dr. Jawa and she was helpful and informative while being respectful of my limited time. She covered a lot of ground, reviewing my policy with me and pointing out what benefits would be more practical for my needs. I've increased the scope of my policy each year and really feel like I can trust the AIL team I've worked with when I eventually need to use my policy.

Alicia Lake helped me with insurance for me and my 2 kids. She is a wonderful representative and helped me figure out which plan would be best. She was very thorough on explaining how certain parts of my insurance would work. I'm extremely happy to know that my boys will be protected if anything were to happen to me. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for life insurance.
