TD Bank Broadway, Bayonne

I have enjoyed and been happy with all dealings with this branch of TD Bank. I need to say reading a bunch of these reviews made me decide to write this review. What people complain about every bank has these problems, and in my experience much worse. The employees here are great, the bank hours are the best. I hope more people write reviews about some of there good experiences here.

Been using this branch in Bayonne for many years. Things have changed…the ATM machines have issues often, they need to do something about the long service lines (operational improvements are needed) for the most part things just take a long time in this branch but the employees see happy to do their jobs so I just can’t figure out why a trip here takes my whole lunch hour 😫

BEWARE!!! I was standing in their vestibule using the ATM and it ate my check and my debit card. The machine was malfunctioning so I went inside the lobby to seek assistance and was issued a new card. A claim for the check was also filed simultaneously. A week later I received a letter stating that there had been No error on their part and the funds for my missing check had been deducted from my account. I was CLEARLY on camera in their establishment when my card and check were sucked into this machine. But bcz their obviously broken ATM had no digital record of any transaction, that concluded the "investigation". So it's clear that no one was sent to open the machine and retrieve the physical card or check. So technically, they stole my money.

Best choice I ever made!! Customer Service is off the charts!! I had the best Customer Service Experience. I agonized over closing my "rainy day" account because I couldn't maintain the minimum balance. But after speaking with (Jaclyn) a customer associate, I was able to keep my account and was refunded 2 months of charges for low balances!!! On a Sunday no less!! TD Bank is true Custoner Banking. The Bayonne Branch is 100% Awesome!!! Thanks Jaclyn & The TD Bank Team You Guys Rock!!!

The rudest TD Bank agents ever. If you hate your job, get a new one. Don’t rub your negative energy off on customers because you’re miserable. I’m disgusted.

Fine if you just need to use the ATM (if they are working). If you need anything else, especially account services, you’re in for a wait (1hr +). Never understood the long wait times when there is staff, clearly not busy, chit chatting with each other. Save yourself some time and go to a different branch.

Second time in the Bayonne TD Bank trying to open an account. First time wouldn't take us because there were too many people ahead of us and they were closing in 15 mins. Second time, 1pm on a Tuesday, 9 people in front of us and only 2 bankers working at the desks.

The worse bank ever been too ,emplyees running chicken like without head have account with td bank in queens better service , moved to bayonne i hate to go to td bank iam looking for diffrent bank ,they made me wait 2 houres trying to open saving box too than was told we dont have it when i asked for manager they told me left. , bank without manager funny

As a business account holder with TD bank I received nothing but hassel and trouble throughout my time with them. They tell us they forget to place our order for money that we place every week they tell us the forget to place the order. The reps lock the account and they do not advise you your account is locked and you can not access it unless going into a branch with your I'd for verification. They will never advise you that you need to take action because your account is locked we go deposit money into the account the bank never mentions that the account is locked there is NO COMMUNICATION between the call center, bank and or customer. They have the worst reps ever very unprofessional the way they speak the way they handle calls the way the refuse to solve any issues what so ever. advice....go to another bank there is many chase bank of America wells Fargo but and they are all FDIC' protected no reason to go through all this with a negligent bank.

Horrible worst bank you could put your money into , worst location you could visit these people don’t like to help and are using the covid lock down as an excuse not to help . I can’t even transfer the money from my account into another because they say I only have one account . All this after closing my savings account with out notifying me . And too top it off this branch has young female workers who are laughing at customers who are undergoing so much issues trying to get their own money . Money we are putting into the bank .
