TD Bank Old Dover Rd, Rochester

The tellers have been friendly, and I've never had an issue with service or protection. I have left a couple of times seeking better interest rates or lower fees, only to be bombarded with banking errors and terrible customer service from other local establishments. . I have learned my lesson and am staying out. If you are happy with near 0 interest rates in return for your money actually being safe, this is a bank for you.

Only TD bank around that you can’t cash or deposit payroll check into account without having a 10 day hold on it. I recommend Alton TD bank. They know what they are doing. They will cash your check for you or put it in your account for same day availability. My fiancé is a sub contractor and the company does not offer direct deposit and it’s a pain to have to wait an extra 10 days. Farmington was a great branch wish they didn’t close

They keep making mistakes with my transactions. Depositing money into wrong accounts etc. On top of that, the last time I went there to get their mistake corrected, the employee literally pulled the door out of my hand as I was entering the place, closed it and walked away. I will admit, they closed at 1pm and I got there at, no joke, 1:01pm. I have no problem with them closing when their hours say so but to pull the door out of my hand was absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention I was there to get their mistake corrected! I'm closing my account and I will not recommend this bank to anyone. Ever.

My Grandfather and I have banked here for years. Shawn Mahoney and the TD bank team continue to provide my grandfather and I with incredible customer service. Keep up the GREAT work!

TD BANK 1/2/18 Very slow when it comes to the general customer base Got to speed up a bit. End all the socializing with peers and spending so much time with customers that may be friends should be off course. I understand a need to express a banks personality. But, associates have DO eliminate 2/3 of their time socializing in many cases Suggestions... BETTER RATES ON ALL ACCOUNTS, .03/5 ON 3K BALANCES. IN CHECKING ACCTS. WITH HIGHER BALANCES, WE SHOULD NOT BE SO INSULTED. IF I MAY , YOUR FAMILY OF BANKS SHOULD EXPLOOR NEW IDEAS...... EXAMPLE..... THE NORTHEAST CU PROMOTES A DEBIT CARD ACCOUNT. THAT PAYS VERY WELL. JUST COMPLETE 30 TRANSACTIONS MONTHLY. YOU WILL RECEIVE 5% ON THE CHECKING BALANCES ACCT UP TO $15,000 DEPOSIT LIMITS . JUST LAST MONTH WE ENJOYED OVER $43. FOR OUR EFFORTS. Yeah, I like this bank but when I can't use my card to purchase something with my hard earned money. they freeze it then I have to call them. annoying as all hell. And a brand new card too. I have to wait until Monday now. Thanks, TD Bank!

Been cashing my checks from work here the past 3 months and today and they said I couldn't do so because I didn't have the equivalent funds in my funds in my account which I have never been denied for. I won't be going to this location again and probably closing my account with TD after 10 years of banking through them . The manager did not care whatsoever when I told him this and just said "ok". Terrible customer service.

So many issues with this bank I can't even list them all. I simply don't have the time for that. Just know that every single branch between NJ and NH are staffed by morons. The people you get on the 1-800 customer service line are no better. From the tellers to the management. It's all bad.

Lets give them a break. I've had great service by different tellers and branch managers. Are all fast, no. Are you the best, at your job?????

Friendly service. In reading some reviews about being slow, I would rather have slower accurate service than rushed and made to feel like a number than a customer.
