Holy Rosary Credit Union (HRCU) Brock St, Rochester

Never have had a svc problem RE tellers. Another review was unsatisfied with only 1 lane. So this may help him or others. I enjoy that you have live tellers on audio at more of your ATM locations and access to your atms at every Riteaid. I also love being able to use virtually ANY credit union, in the country, to make free transactions with a teller or their ATM. Thanks HRCU!

This place didn't even feel like a bank. It was so pleasantly different from Amy bank I have ever been in. A great change from my previous banking institution. They have bean bag chairs in the waiting area, and the tellers are all so personable.

I am extremely happy with the way HRCU has treated me and mostly special thanks to Debbie S. loan manager. I have been a member of NECU for 20 years and when I needed a loan they would not even take the time to help me out. I was not even a member of HRCU and Debbie on good FAITH approved my loan. She has been amazing and excellent to work with. NECU thank you for the 20 years but I am saying goodbye and look forward to many years with HRCU!

We had an easy and informed experience thanks to Nicole Demarais! She explained the process and all our options! After meeting with her, most communications were through email. Any questions we had, she responded promptly and she was so pleasant! We loved our loan experience and can’t say enough great things about the Rochester branch!

I've been lucky enough to work closely with HRCU's mortgage department, and am continuously impressed with their level of service! Their process is smooth, they are always meeting deadlines well in advance, and they maintain the servicing of their loans. Great benefit to locals in Rochester, Dover, Portsmouth area!

I'm absolutely loving the new app! It was very easy to link external accounts and create a budget. The new credit report functuality is far better than some larger financial institutions credit scoring tools that I use.

Fantastic credit union. I've actually sent additional people here for checking, savings and refinancing of auto loans. The change of a financial institution can be a pain in the butt, however it is worth it in the end.

Overall good experiences with HRCU. I initially got my car loan with them and have since opened a savings and checking account. Any issues I have had they have resolved with just a phone call or visit.
