Becky was absolutely amazing! She did everything to make sure I got the help i needed. I definitely recommend the Rochester branch and highly recommend working with Becky! She’s amazing when it comes to getting loans or signing up for credit card etc! Overall she’s just and amazing employee! If I could put more stars I would!!

I have not completed “In Branch” transactions in a very long time and Becky was great. She took the time to complete everything I needed done & went above and beyond to search other branches for a Make A Wish Calendar for me. She epitomizes Customer Service as all the employees of NECU do. That’s why it’s my one and only bank!

Becky was excellent and very helpful. This particular transaction was a first time evolution for me and as such I had numerous questions. She answered them all with aplomb and also made some helpful suggestions on how to enhance my visa account. I couldn't be more pleased with her service.

I moved here from California about six weeks ago, and based on a recommendation from my roomie I opened an account at the Rochester branch. Becky took care of me; she made sure I understood everything we were doing. I've been lucky to get Becky on each of my visits, and she's just as friendly and personable as can be. I highly recommend both Becky and the Rochester branch of Northeast Credit Union.

We just moved to Rochester and Becky was an amazing help to us to get our new accounts open, set up our online banking, and mobile app! She walked us through everything, answered every question, and we never felt rushed. Our time spent at Northeast was a pleasure from beginning to end and we expect our banking relationship to be a wonderful one!

Only reason I am giving this a five star is because Faith in the call center, so super helpful. Had to call 4 times to get someone that wouldn’t just forward me to their card services department and actually listen to what I had to say and what my concern was. She spoke to me like a real person on the other line and not just someone they have never met. She had personality and was fast in helping me. What only took a minute to look into for her, took me 53 minutes of a run around from 3 others and a number of call backs… thank you Faith for your help!

Becky was just great ! She went above and beyond to help me with my needs. Her customer service is outstanding A++. If your in need of a loan, credit card, ect! visit the Rochester Branch, I recommend the Rochester Branch and highly recommend working with Becky.

I was at the Rochester branch this afternoon and Kim B the teller took well over a half an hour to take care of me. That is because I had 13 transactions for her to help me with as well as opening a new account. In my opinion she did a fantastic job. I went into the Credit Union to cash in my Roth IRAs. I only go to Kristen Graves as she knows how to do the transaction. I have had a bad experience before at the Credit Union, so I only trust Kristen. Kristen is very professional, kind and makes you feel special. She cares about you and your financial affairs. Deedee was wonderful at helping me set up a new checking account. She made the process simple and easy. I appreciate that confidentiality is maintained at the Rochester NECU, and Deedee does an excellent job doing that.

We stopped in to open accounts and worked with Monica who was an absolute sweetheart! She is a credit and strong advocate for your team! We were truly blessed meeting her. She was through and informed which made our decision to switch to Northeast Credit from Bank of America, a very easy one!

Adam Fortier was the absolute best! He made everything from the transition with my car loan from my previous bank, to applying for a credit card easier than I ever thought possible. He was very experienced in the way he handled my situation and very professional from the moment I walked through the door. Adam is an excellent employee! I had trouble with setting up my debit card for my car loan payments due to fruad happening, and he was very patient, kind and helpful through the whole process. I suggest him to anyone, he has wonderful customer service, and is very capable at his job.

I worked with Elizabeth Whitehouse on a vehicle refinance. She was very patient and always followed up on emails and phone calls. This was my first refinance so I had tons of questions, that she answered promptly. Once the paperwork was complete I made an appointment to sign everything. Elizabeth was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I'll definitely be using Northeast Credit Union in the future.

My husband & I met with Becky Goldstein at the Rochester NH branch of NECU. She was extremely helpful in expediting our business. She also provided information that we need to open a special account so we would be prepared with all the information when we do so. Kristen is super helpful with anything I need. I completely spaced and forgot everything about my online banking information, and she had it fixed in thirty seconds. All of the tellers in their are super helpful and very welcoming.
