TD Bank N 56th St, Temple Terrace

I’ve had an issue with TD Bank for a year and a half. This branch was finally able to help me resolve it! Maria and Lucia were amazing and spent a ridiculous amount of time taking care of my problem. I will never have another interaction with TD Bank though. Thank you so much ladies! I greatly appreciate all of your help!!!

Had a 12pm appointment and got there at 12. Told them I had a 12 appointment Waited 30 mins and asked when I would be seen and he said I have no idea and walked away. Horrible customer service by the new staff that was recently hired

Excellent customer service at this location. The staff was professional and polite. I went today to get a document notarized and to deposit a check. Ms. Peacock was very thorough with the notarization and also filled out a check deposit slip that made the process easier for me. Thank you TD staff!

On 12/5/2020, I desperately needed a qualified person to verify the VIN number and mileage on a non-driveable vehicle so that I could get a Florida title. No law enforcement personnel would come out, and I did not like the idea of a tow truck all over town. Bonnie Peacock actually met me at the vehicle, verified VIN number and mileage, then notarized my DMV document. I was able to get the Florida Title, and complete my transaction. What a life saver! Thank you, Bonnie.

40 minutes of my life wasted trying to get my paper notarized, they could of just told me to come back tomorrow. Don’t care about expedient service or attending to customers in a timely manner, I left unsatisfied with a contract that still needs to be notarized. Don’t offer services if you can’t complete them adequately.

This TD bank location sucks. It's extremely slow and everytime I come to cash my check they always give me a problem with my funds even though I'm cashing one of their checks and the last time I came they never deposited my funds. Which put me in the negative and cost me more money. It wasn't fixed for 2 weeks and messed up my entire budget. This is the only location and everytime I got to use my card it gets locked up from this location.

TD Bank,, by far the best 👌 experience with a bank ,that I have had in a long time .. the other banks in the area would not open an account for me and would not give me an appointment until next week,, crazy.. TD got me in,, and I will have access to my money 💰 in just a few days..YAAA. TD

They have the slowest drive thru service I have ever experienced. It would also make things run more smoothly if they had bank slips outside like some other banks and credit unions so that we can fill out our paperwork and not have to ask for slips at the window.

Not the greatest bank location in my opinion. My recent visit here had one woman teller behind the counter with 4 - 5 cars in drive thru, and she was super busy handling this herself. In addition, there's a line of 8 people at minimum in the front lobby standing in line (of which I was included). The remaining 4 - 5 bank employees hovered over computers in the back area and never looked up to see their woman co-worker needing help....as well as ALL OF THE CUSTOMERS! As a business owner myself, it became evident pretty quickly that they need training at the highest levels of customer service. I'm so appreciative I do not bank here and only came to cash a check.

My experiences at TD Bank is so bad everytime I come here to this location I have to wait for a long time for services or someone else jumps ahead of you from the inside customer service I've had enough of the bad customer service. I advise not to come to this location I feel that management is bad I don't think they care. I had to go to another location to cash my checks
