TD Bank Providence Ave, Chester

Ms Maudalyn is the best manager ever. It’s the other workers who bring down the performance of this company. They also spend too much time conversing with customers after they have completed their transactions making other customers wait in line.

Horrible customer service. I would give this bank a zero if i could. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone speaking with a TD associate regarding an issue with my account that needed to be fixed. The associate was not listening and just assumed I was abusing my account, which was not at all true. Along with not listening, he started talking down to me, as if I did not know what I was talking about. At the end of the call, he refers me to another phone number that actually referred me to this particular branch from the beginning. I will never, ever return to this horrible branch of TD Bank again. I'm actually thinking about taking my experience to the corporate headquarters....it was that unpleasant!

Bad service. Cannot help with any online related issues. Online banking asked us to come to the branch to verify identify to unlock the online profile, which we did, and the branch said everything is fine. But when we reached home, it is still locked and the online banking said again we have to go to the branch. Waste of time! Called the branch and they said they have another customer at the desk and need to help with that customer first. What? come on. I'm not a customer? Ok, right, I'll not be you customer any more, never. Will close the account asap.

The manager that was at this branch on April 3, 2017 was very unprofessional she had one teller working and she also had the nerve to get an attitude because the customers were complaining about the long wait . She waited until she started getting a lot of complaints 15 minutes later to send another teller up to work. The manager also had the nerve to get smart with me and she was a very ignorant African American female .

Really slow, under staffed, not as friendly as they could be (maybe that's due to them being under staffed) & most of all ..... Their hours aren't the same as other TD Banks! They cater more to the college students hours not the workers who like/need the extended hours!

My one star is not for the staff , the staff here are 10 stars , I have banked with this location through my business for years . The issue going with the lack of AC , that has been broken for months now , they knew the problem back in the winter ! Corporate has sat on this too long ! This is too big of a business to let a part stop you from providing proper climate to your staff ! Unacceptable TD bank !

Yeah I'd give this branch of TD bank 0 stars if I could. When there is more than one person behind the counter, you should be able to help more than one person at a time. Try not talking to your friends after they are done with their transaction. There are OTHER people that would like to complete their transactions too. If this was the only TD bank in my area I'd close my accounts and go ANYWHERE else but here. The Chester branch is the WORST I've EVER come across. I will from now on, go miles out of my way just so i don't have to deal with their staff. The manager is the only GOOD thing about this branch. EVERY TIME I go to this back there is 2 to 3 people in line, including me and I'm there for 20 or more minutes. THAT IS NOT CONVENIENT AT ALL OR BY ANY MEANS. Yeah that's right I said it! Someone had to.

My gripe is with calling to check your account balance and you have to wait over 20 minutes. That’s ridiculous!! I tried the online banking app but that was trash. Really thinking about closing my accounts and start banking somewhere else, because I like to keep track of my accounts. The associates at this branch is always courteous maybe a little slow because of being under staffed, but it’s not there fault. Otherwise I’ve never had any issues with the staff.

They control your spending. It's like you have to get permission from them before you make any kind of large purchase. I have had to call them because they cancelled my orders thinking it was somebody else. They never called to check and see if It was me or not. I don't have the time of day for playing games. I'm withdrawing my money from this horrible bank.

horrible service. After waiting 20 mins in line and when asked if there was anyone else to wait on us , the clerk replied with "patience..." Not a single apology for the unprofessionalism or service provided. 0/5 stars if I could. Customer service must not be their focal point
